Buyer beware. Free food and coffee are not enough to put up with sneaky rude dealership. Recently bought a car from Battlefield Chvrolet only to find out it had been wrecked and never repaired. During the whole buying process we asked everything you could think to ask, looked the car over the best we could without being mechanics of course. We asked why the car had been traded in, we asked for a car fax, we asked had the dealership checked the car out, everything. We were told it had just been inspected and that their service department had thouroughly checked the vehilce out and there were no problems. Of course, the car damage was not on the car fax report i suppose because the prior owner just fixed what they could on their own and traded it in. We were told prior owner traded it in simply because they thought it was time to get in a truck again.

Basically we started noticing little things and it began with turning the heat on high and noticing a sound like something was stuck or broken in the right air vent on the passenger side. So we started looking at the right side a bit more and noticed just the ever slightest discrepancy in the alignment of the hood and the piece over the right tire. Then one night we happenened to be standing outside talking and cut the car on w the remote start to find that the bottom eyelash light was not working on the right side-thought all the lights had to work to pass inspection?! Got under the car to discover more broken up car. So how did the service people who had thoroughly checked the car miss all this exaclty? We contacted battlefield and were told we could bring it up on saturday to the service dept. Now mind you we live in richmond, its an hour and 20 min ride without traffic each way. Saturday comes around and we drive all the way up there first thing in the morning. First the service dept guy tells us he has no time to check it out. We let him know who we had spoken with and that they had set this up. So with an attitude he says he will fit us in. So we wait in the waiting area of the service dept. The guy who sold us the car came over and asked to look at the car. We take him out and he agrees that things are off. He sits us back in the waiting area. Next he comes back with his sales manager i guess. We take them both out and at this point the sales manager starts be a real jerk about things. He basically doesnt want to hear anything we have to say and doesnt care clearly. Next we are told by him that the service dept is too busy to see us today, after we were told to come. So half our day wasted, gas wasted, all for some jerk to basically be like too bad.

Dont waste your time or money with this dealership. They are clearly getting over on people any time they can and you will end up with a car that has little to no resale value.

Battlefield Ford services all 4 of my vehicles, 1 Ford, 2 Chevys and a Jeep. I will not go anywhere else. Their mechanics are top notch, the service advisors are fantastic and they have an amazing waiting room. I have found that they are honest, which is very hard to find these days. I highly recommend this dealer.

Didn't choose to finance here (took forever, haggling extended warranty, etc etc etc) but highly recommend Trey in sales. He was down to earth, no guilt, no run around or sleazy haggling, listened and answered all of our questions. Also grateful he kept an eye on my kids while taking care of paperwork. He went above and beyond.

First time having vehicle serviced. The service area is very nice and clean. The waiting room has drinks and snacks with nice seating while you wait. Thought I was given very honest diagnosis of what repairs were needed. Repairs made after my authorization seem to be excellent and problems are gone.

Had a good visit today, a scheduled oil change & tire rotation, they even put in a new air filter, boy was the old one dirty. Very professional, friendly & understanding today, thanks guys & girls!! That means so much to myself & my husband, we shall return. Have a great day!!

My salesman was personable, knowledgeable, patient, willing to work with me. There was a good selection of the type of car I was interested in buying. The dealership is very accessible. They have other dealerships right next door that you could choose a different model of car.

It was nce and clean and the gentleman that greeted us was pleasant. We were looking for a used Toyota and we had checked it out online and wanted to look over and test drive.

To make a long story as short as possible, it didn't start, because it had been sitting awhile. He got a jump box, hooked it up and sparks came out (NOT supposed to happen). So he tried again and my husband moved in a little closer to see why. The man had hooked the wrong terminals up and so was frying the electrical system. So if they have a 2011 Toyota Tundra, blue, have it really checked out.
Suffice it to day, we did not buy the truck and left with a bad taste in out mouth!

This dealership has improved greatly over the years! We had ordered a part for our car and the service when we picked it up was fast and friendly. Also, earlier in the week my daughter purchased a used car from them and had a great experience! I would definitely recommend them for buying cars, parts, and service for your car

Courteous and efficient. Honest, as far as I can tell. I am able to bring my truck in and wait for the repairs almost always. The waiting room has free coffee, water, and snacks. I can usually get an appointment on either the day I call or the next day.

Friendly folks selling great autos and reasonably ...

Friendly folks selling great autos and reasonably priced service. My wait while they're changing oil in my car was so comfy with all I can drink coffee ( goodies to way if you're inclined) and massage chairs. Always enjoy going here to visit.
