Not worth a long review. Just know that they are crooks. Keep your bills and receipts.

Payment system is outdated, didn't even know Western Union was still in business.
Also, they have been charging redonkulous rates for the sewerage fee (6x the amount of the water fee).
When you try to call them about this, you end up being on hold due to "high volume of calls" for damn near an hour.

The WORST COMPANY EVER.....I called them because I noticed that my water had been turned off...I never received a bill in the mail or emailed a bill. They told me that they realize lsu email address have been having problems with receiving notices and bills. So since the service was disconnected I have to pay past due bill that I did not receive and the new bill that isn't due until later this month to reconnect services plus disconnect fees she said all she could do is waive freaking $25 when all of this was their faults because I never received a bill in the mail!!!! Mann....I wish I knew of another water company in BR. Their services are the worst especially with me as a new customer!
I have received excellent service from BR Water Company. They have always treated me very nicely and courteously. Thank You BR Water for having the best water in the world; no need for water in plastic environmentally hazardous containers.
They sux because they don't offer payment arrangement like Entergy does, if they offer that it can help many...cuz sometimes people go thru hardships.

Never received my account number when I first signed up or any information about service or billing. No email saying that I was customer, nothing. Had to call to get any information from them, and took pressing a bunch of buttons just to talk to someone. Worst utilities company in the country.
The smart bill payment system is terrible and needs to be replaced altogether. The head of IT should be fired.
It s just way they can make money for not paying on time because you think you set it up correctly, but didn t. It s an erroneous process. And there is no excuse because you can get a newer software that works better and is still cheap enough to be efficient and cost effective because I m sure they use the excuse that they keep old terrible software to keep costs low which is a total farce.
Bill paid water off ask why they said because of sewage I said I paid the whole bill they said yeah to them not sewage I told them it was for both and they said they took it for them I told them to turn my water back on and give sewage they amount and they don t I m filling a lawsuit against them they did it but from now on I have to pay them separate pay water they amount and pay sewage at they office both in cash too
