There s a nice informational exhibit and video about BIW at the Maine Maritime Museum along with boat tours of BIW from the water. Since BIW doesn t offer public tours, these seem to be the only options if you don t work there.

Since my Career came to an unexpected end at BIW, my life has morphed into a horror worse than any work by Stephen king. Psychological and physical hell. Repetition of chaos. Homelessness. A domino effect so hellishly coincidentally evil and twisted. My PTSD is becoming psychosis outright. Started BIW 9/3/19. Ended 3/20. Best months of my adulthood. I am 22, white male in Waterville Maine born (raised Vassalboro WTVL Winslow Unity Wiscasset S.China Palermo Moxie Pitston. BIW isna career not a job. Lazy people ("scabs") all ovah the yahd bud. Be a skin graft.
