Bates Worlwide, New York Review

This is officially the most confusing mall in NYC. Some entrances lead out into the subway! Some stores overtake the escalator on the lower levels. However, it's one of the few places with public restrooms in NYC.

I've been coming here for many years. It is not my #1 spot to shop but it was convenient location for me to pick up an online order at JCPenney's. Although, JCPenney's felt so claustrophobic with jammed clothes next to each other and low height ceiling.

We really enjoyed walking through the mall. There's lots to see.

Convenient place for shopping. So closed to public transportation.

Jcpenney is the only department store the rest is a bunch of small stores with high prices. No Food court or sitting areas anywhere. Ps also has a small Starbucks but again like the rest of the mall no sitting area.

The mall is not very big and does not have a lot of variety of shops.

Avoid this place at all cost. There is nowhere to sit while waiting for your partner to finish shopping. A war veteran was told he would be escorted out of the building for sitting on the floor as there was no facility for him to sit anywhere

A great day in New York. Went to Emoire State Building. Then seen Hootie and the Blowfish

Very small, with few shops. I would recommend exploring the streets outside instead. Great place for an AC break in the summer heat though.

I shopped at JC Penney it was the worst customer service. Extremely long wait and no one was available to help but when I finally did catch an associate to help me I was told that wasn't there area. Slowest and unhelpful place.

Nothing significant and no good clothes or anything.

Nothing is here. Most shops are closed or on their way out. They need to re invent this place. Put something useful in there.

The JC Penny is uniquely designed, multiple floors layered in a really cool way for an exciting shopping experience.

Shopping center in the heart of Manhattan with a good selection of goods

Nice mall in midtown Manhattan with various stores and good prices. An ideal place to do some shopping maybe on a cold or rainy day!

JCPENNEY. I love this place. Very good prices. Excellent selection. Customer service can be a little more pleasant.

Its basically a JC Penny mall - I have never been to JCP before (don't have it in Canada) so I wasn't expecting much. They had tons of great deals on clothing for the family, would have bought more.

Only go to this area for vendors out side love them.

Best place in New York to get your underwear from Aeropostale in the mall. Trust me get yourself a pair you will not regret it

Nothing spectacular. The best of it is there is a Sephora downstairs in the JC Penney

Jcpenny is a very interesting multi-store to get the clothes you lack at a good price in one place. The mall in general is quite complete

This place has been going downhill for years. I keep hearing it will convert to offices. I'm amazed that Covid hasn't been the final nail in their coffin. Only half occupied, no customers and nothing to see.

Manhattan Mall it's just ok. Unless you are going to a specific business there is not much to see there.

Eh. Not that many stores. Biggest attraction is JCPenney so there's that. Easily accessible though

The mall has three floors and plenty of different stores. Only place I went there for was Starbucks and Aeropstale. I managed to browse JC Penny sometime afterwards. The mall is pretty spacious, but really isn't the best teen place to shop.

Shopping mall in the heart of Manhattan. There is always a bargain alarm here.

Good experience but there are not many stores and you don't find all the promotions there
