Use to be better when it had alot of stores now it seems like a ghost town mall

Can husband / wife give a gift .... bleak and high vacancy in the object ....

Excellent place many shops and good prices. I love shopping and saving.

Very confusing signs, especially in JC Penneys. You can't tell what level you are on.

Many different stores are inside, good place to shop!

The free, cleaner bathrooms at JC Penney's is a plus

Nice shopping experience. There just a few stores. But its Manhattan, there always something to do.

Quieter & less busy than the streets outside. Close to the subway. Shops in the mall are mostly on the budget side, JC Penny, et al, including a temporary ToysRUs, so good place if your looking for a bargain.

Stop by here on the way home from time to time. Various stores, not very crowded

Nice place to drop in and catch a break and grab a bite. Its vertical city Mall. Nice clean bathrooms, connected to NJ Path trains and NYC subway at herald square. Lots more shopping nearby.

Not a great mall for shopping... Just JcPenny & Aeropostale

Is a descent mall with different floor and shopping stores. Clear and easy to access what you are looking for. Not a bad place to shop.

It has good stores and also you can take the subway.

Didnt shop here but did walk into the mall. Seemed very clean. Bathroom facility was spotless. Great location for easy access to the PATH

Words cannot express how claustrophobic some of the department stores in this mall are (JC Penney). Don't expect to be in and out in this mall.

Tired, unexciting choices of shops. That said, it's convenient to public transportation.

Doesn't have many options. This mall could be way better with more trendier stores. The only good ones are seasonal stores

I only went to pick up a makeup palette that was sold out at other Sephora stores otherwise I never shop here.

As a mall it is very small, it only has a couple of stores and it does not have spaces like food ducks, etc. In my opinion it is not a mall but a shopping gallery.

Great mall on West 32nd street between 6th and 7th Avenue.

Alot of places to shop .we like the Penny's store at this location. Always have great sales going
