Wonderful cocktails and well trained staff, but Picazzo closes too early for Saturday evenings.

I absolutely love the ambiance. The art pieces on the walls are really good.
The staff were really friendly and helpful.
I had the grilled calamari with black rice. It was very dry. The rest of the meals were ok.
Definitely going back to try the Ribs which unfortunately were unavailable

Great Ambience and cocktails. Food is okay.
Overall I recommend.

Great relaxed atmosphere. Come for a meal, or just a drink. Great view of the "park" area of the mall. Usually not crowded.

The service was slow. They also didn't have ingredients for some of the foods we wanted but the chef gracefully explained. Loved the food. The ambience is also great.

Very good service however the food gave me Slight problems with my tummy.Being a frequent customer this is the first time having this problem.Be careful when choosing the food there moreover well done with scenery

Ambience is really great with balcony seating that gives a view to the artificial lake at the The Hub mall. The balcony seating also offers privacy as they are separated by beautiful plants.

Service is great but not as fast as expected, they have happy hour everyday of the week from 4 pm to 8 pm. The drinks were a bit expensive with not enough alcohol especially for the frozen drinks.

The WIFI is very fast and reliable, music is great and is a nice place to just enjoy good conversation and company.

The food (grilled chicken breast with mashed potatoes) was tasty and met my expectations. However, I was not pleased with the open smoking of some customers on one end of the restaurant. I would suggest that the management find a way to confine smokers to enhance the experience of other customers as not everyone visiting is okay with the smell.

Had lunch here...good food, great ambience and service.

The paella was okay... Expected a larger portion though... And expected the mixed paella to have more than just shrimp and Chicken... But ambience was great and loved the tapas!

Picazzo makes you forget you're in a mall with the great view and lovely ambiance. The Spanish menu is probably the best you can get this side of the Sahara. They have great selection of drinks too. The staff were a bit slow but helpful. Would definitely recommend to visit.

Decent place. Decent crowd. Prices are fair. Staff are friendly enough. Ambiance is great. And music is good too on good volumes. Cool place to chill out. I love the happy hours during weekdays of course!

I had a pepper steak done medium-well and it was perfect with a glass of dry red wine

Terrible experience!
Got arrested by police officers for drinking in the garden when it clearly didn't say; "do not drink." But i think the security guy wanted to exploit us, knowing we were foreigners. Got released however by one guy who claimed to be a manager.

Had my birthday party here and it was incredible.The staff were super amazing,food was delicious and the ambiance is out of this world!!!Went back for their Sunday brunch and it didnt disappoint..Sangrias and Mimosas are included in the brunch for Kshs 3,000(USD 30) from 11 am to 3pm.
