I recommend cruises on the Seine. Very interesting look at all the most important monuments of Paris. The cost of an hour trip is up to 15 per person. FOR more demanding customers it is possible to book dinner on the ship then prices slightly higher because about 8O-100 EURO per person

FRAUD!!! LOVELY experience !!! We bought the one-hour cruise through Get Your Guide for 30 for two people, when we went to the place indicated to us by a terribly inattentive and rude man, he told us in a terrible way that he did not know what it was that we had bought (we printed and we carry the receipt they sent us). He told us that this tour did not exist and that he did not know what that was. When we contacted Get Your Guide that same day they responded 5 days later that it was right where we had gone and that the abuser misinformed us. Needless to say, they never gave us our money back or apologized for the abuse. I would never recommend this place to anyone for dinner or for a walk!

Nice walk on the Seine.
Unfortunately, the audio guides accessible with the phone did not work and the comments were incomprehensible.

Patisin is the most visible river boat tour. I would recommend the others gore. But when there is a language, the fact that it is not turkish is the part that will be reprehensible for a very large number of turkish customers. Here is the general Turkish view of the French.

The trip was OK.

The trip was OK.
A star deduction because there is no discount with the Paris Visite ticket. If you have such a card, you may be able to travel cheaper at the other organizer.

During this superb cruise, we discover all the magic of the banks of the Seine. We slide along the water and we simply admire all the bridges and monuments that parade before our eyes.

At a certain point, there is a lack of discipline on the part of some people who, despite the seated places, get up and clump together in front of you, thus hiding the landscape, thus preventing you from taking photos and talking loudly without taking care of others who might have liked a cruise a little quieter and romantic, too bad

I would give lower than 1 star if I could.

I would give lower than 1 star if I could.

First of all, the food was nothing like what I saw on the website. While the dishes looked relatively fancy, there was a lack of savoriness with each meal. The flavors of the herbs, spices, and sauces clashed, rather than enhanced the primary ingredient. Veal should be succulent, rather they made it bitter and metallic tasting. Restaurants claiming to be of this quality should offer a broader selection of wine, rather we were offered "Red or white." Again, wine should complement the food in which you are eating and should not be offered as a binary choice.

Moving on from the food, you're on a boat at night in the romance capital of the world. Just outside your window you have some of the greatest sightseeing one could hope for so beautifully lit up, but you can't see it because the boat is all glass with brightly shining lights pointing at everything causing a glare that makes enjoying the view and taking photos extremely difficult. You can step outside to view the sights but there was only enough room for 6-8 people on the small balcony, requiring you to go through a door near the server's drink station making it quite difficult to go out in the first place.

Due to the public transit strikes the boat left a few minutes late, creating a forced feeling throughout the entire evening. You barely finished eating before your next plate was brought out. You cruise for essentially 15 minutes down the river, then turn around and go about 15 minutes past the starting point in the other direction to then turn around and dock. If the waiter happened to be walking by or dropping something off while going past something he/she may say "that is such-and-such." But there was no consistency with this.

The boat is split in 2 halves, only half of the boat was used, which created a great deal of noise, something which also detracted from the romantic atmosphere they advertise. They also clearly state to wear cocktail attire (slacks, skirt, dress), but most of the patrons were wearing t-shirts or hoodies. Less than a minute after docking the wait staff was walking around and telling people that "it is time to leave."

My wife and I both had an awful time and would have much preferred to take the monetary loss had we known it would have been this bad rather than endure this experience. We both ended up requiring frequent trips to the toilet the next day (and still the day after for my wife).

The boat ride is well done with audio in many languages and tires start every 30 minutes and last an hour. There price is decent as well. The major complaint is the ticket purchasing experience highly inefficient.

Where to start.

Where to start.
Let's do the short version.
Food. Fantastic.
Wine. Personal taste. I liked my wife didn't.
Service. Absolutely atrocious.
Had to ask for napkins.
Had to ask for butter and cuterly.
Had to ask for main course as every one around us had recived and finished there's.
Asked for tea at the end and received a cup and boiling water. Surprise surprise had to.ask for tea bag.
Was happy early on to leave a positive review but will leave with this.
Beware 410 is a lot for poor service and good food. Attention to detail would help. For a night sight seeing cruise it would help to clean the windows first. The Eiffel Tower at night with smudgy glass was not the picture we was looking for.

The boats are dirty and there is no descriptive description of what they present to the public, and because of the money they charge, they should strive more in the attention abroad educationally and culturally they contribute nothing more than just the views that are beautiful

We reserved a "premier" lunch online for 8 adults
My friend decided to bring along her 9 month breast feeding baby and they insisted that she pays 34 for the baby as a "seating fee"!!!!

I went back and read the details on their website and it did say children - 12 are 34, but SERIOUSLY????? Even the airplanes do not charge kids under 2 yr old let alone a baby of 9 month.

They were also very rude and acted like we were trying to "sneak" a baby in on them. Come on, we were paying 89 per person for a lunch!

It was my first time inviting my friends to Paris and the experience really left a bad taste in our mouth! I am giving them a 2 bc our waiter was actually very nice once we were inside.

Zero experience !!! on the outside, no explanation of the monuments that you can hardly see because of these Asian tourists who think they are at home and block your view !!! Sitting on wooden benches and more !! Nothing to do with the riverboat cruise that we had already done and enjoyed.
I strongly advise against it considering the price

Never had more fun in a boat ride before! Absolutely amazing ride you can see almost everything in Paris. Offers a good view of Eiffel tower and a number of bridges. There are people waving at you from bridges and roadsides which is fun. We had cloud cover that day so getting a place at upper open deck was more enthralling. The ride's long enough to take good pictures.

Disappointing tour. We purchased a river cruise as part of a BigBus tour pass which was not great for getting around Paris in a timely fashion. Ended up paying for taxis. Skip the river cruise.

I went by Paris Pass. It was good to be able to see the city from a different point of view from the bus. I also wanted to see the night view, but the day was long in summer and it was impossible lol

Customer service zero dinner cruise canceled not even taken care to phone or send an email to customers. We learn that in front of the dock box, after crossing Paris, pay for parking! Shame on foreigners who may not be able to return! Ineligible

The food was excellent. Service was fast and courteous. We had the prestige dinner, so our table was on the window. We were able to see all the sights they listed except note Dame. That was on the opposite of our table.

Please before reading this wall of text, note that the reviews for this place are fabricated at best, and fraud at worst. The top two are literally the exact same comment with a 5 star review? C'mon.
To anyone reading this, it may seem exaggerated to make this sound better, but I'm afraid this is entirely true.

-----

Tickets for this river tour were purchased a month prior to this date. After getting in line with my family and waiting for 25 minutes, we got to the front and the woman running the entrance line let other people from a separate line who did not wait whatsoever onboard before us. This left us waiting wondering whether we would be allowed on for the next 10 minutes before telling us the boat was full and the next one was in over an hour and 15 minutes. She was rude to my entire family, and I felt singled out as a group of tourists in the country. I had also pre-paid for my ticket, while the people she let in had either not purchased tickets yet and had to right then and there, or had purchased tickets on the day of give-or-take 30 minutes prior. They refused to offer me a refund, and essentially acted like they did not speak English. I would never recommend you deal with this company, and get on one of the many other boat tours from literally anywhere else.

Edit: Because of the fact that we prepaid for tickets, we even attempted to go back after an hour for the later cruise. We went back, got in line, got our tickets, and then after the incompetent security allowed 40+ people through the line AFTER being told STOP several times by crew on board, they closed the lines AGAIN and refused entry to approximately 50 of us who had already been in line for approximately 30 minutes and gone through the initial checkpoint (this means we were literally standing on the 'loading' ship.
After protesting with the girl at the counter about the situation to no avail, she told us to exit out of the roped off area to the right of the ship. Upon attempting to exit where instructed by the girl at the counter, security was demeaning and yelled at my family telling us to exit out of a specific (unmarked) roped off area approximately 10ft to the right of the area we were attempting to exit out of [honestly this felt more like retaliation for protesting the situation than anything]. He then told me to "never come back" when I told him if he had done a better job at security and had things marked clearly to begin with we wouldn't be in the situation we are in.

The fact that this company is still in business is a disgrace and shows how much they prey on tourists to support their knockoff river tour. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! I will be following up with my credit card company and doing whatever I can to get my money back from this horrible experience. I pray no one else has to experience what I have.

The truth is that it is not cheap, but the service was luxury, all the time pending from us and that the boat was full. It was worth what we paid. The impressive views (still with rain) and the food very good and well presented.
We hired the online service and it was specified that the entrance was not admitted if you were going with jeans, that you had to go a little bit arranged and when we arrived we saw that most of the people were in sportswear and jeans.

Tour boat leaves on the half hour mark until 10pm. Quick and efficient, great informational guide on the boat. Go at 5 or 530 pm. That's when you get to see Paris in daylight and night. Some agencies charge less for the tickets here, for example I got mine at Sandman's.
