Quite terrible, the language guide system did not work, dirty and crowded.

On another occasion we sailed in other smaller boats and with less commotion and everything worked and was clean.

Recommended to decorate with the final finale of Paris!

We never managed to get the explanation which is a shame because it is a bit of the first visit. It does not prevent one sees all the essential monuments of Paris at the edge of the Seine.

Well, it is the typical thing you do not want to do as a tourist, but this time, I have no choice but to do it, and I liked it. A different view of Paris.

A dinner on the senne river, is a worthwhile experience offered by the bateaux Parisiens!

Compared to the bateau Mouche unfortunately lacks that turn of the statue of liberty in miniature.

The beauty of Paris seen from the river is worth the trip alone. My six year old son and I booked an Enchanted Cruise that was finally canceled. We were satisfied with the classic cruise.

Good experience, for a reasonable price you have a nice tour of the city. Easy to book and without any problem to use it.

We did the one hour trip and saw some historical buildings from a different point of view. The trip was not too pricey. They could improve by using audio pods on deck. While in Paris, also take this tour.

I can't know exactly when the ship departs without coming to the marina, and I said that it departed at 8:00. Oh squeeze. It also stood for an hour and rode!

We opted for the Bateau Parisien as having the Paris Visite was discounted (from 15 we paid 10). Your tour is beautiful, from the water Paris is even more beautiful!

It is worth it, good and different views from the Seine

Specifically wanted a tour that would have some type of guide. My choice was to sit inside where we could see nothing and listen to a phone system or go on top and see stuff and hear nothing. Ffind a different tour

Great tour around the Sena river. The ship is amazing, it includes Audioguide and lot of information about Paris and a lot fun. The ship has two floors, the first floor includes huge windows with balcony. The second floor includes a really great view of Paris. The personal is very gentle and funny. This experience is really nice to know Paris from another point of view.

If you want to enjoy the tour 100% you have to sit on the benches on the roof of the boat.

Definitely I advise everyone to walk on the boat! Views will simply surprise you! There are places that you will not see from the streets, only from the side of the river.

Very nice ride on the Seine, excellent and pleasant crew, very correct and the main languages of the explanations are in French, Spanish and English. Very good experience I recommend them.

How is it that the boxes do not work. Toilets in the boat leaks smell of urine very strong. The person who explains forgets certain monuments. Ced damage

Full and long waiting times; but a great view with clean and comfortable boats.

Once a year I go to Paris! The visit to the "bateaux" of Paris is a must. Even more magical in the evening! I can not give 5 stars because you do not understand anything about what the guide says through the microphones. But the problem is solved through the audio guides that are inside.

Hello lunch cruises of April 20, 2018. An ultra magnificent day. Wonderful weather and a top Yacine server. I really liked my daughter's birthday. Everyone was happy had a smile. The very welcoming crew. Very clean boat toilet smelling good. And the food for a 59 euro menu was delicious. We ate well it was good. And thank you to Yacine for the candles on the dessert for the good wine served very fresh. My daughter was thrilled. And I too will do this cruise again with pleasure. Thank you to the whole team and to the singers. See you soon

I was pleasantly surprised by this boat ride. The meal that was served was really good. The service was efficient despite the world since all our dishes arrived hot.
The singer on the boat has a very beautiful voice. His performance adds an old-fashioned charm to this Paris tour on the water. A very good idea.

If on a city tour, sit in the upper compartment of the bus and don t miss the chance to see the Eiffel from bus top glass.

You can purchase tickets online or in person. They're typically 15 .

If you get them through another booking agency they cannot help you personally.

The tour itself (we did on high river day so didnt get the FULL tour) but it's about an hour in length. You can sign into their free wifi and when you click the sign in link it takes you straight to the audio for the tour which is exceptionally innovative.

Dinner Cruise enchanting
Thursday, November 3 we have done a dinner cruise lovers and we are again delighted.
Punctual, the "Diamond II" cast off and silently went up the "Seine".
Meanwhile, the mellow, discreet and very professional butlers distilled their services.
Pleasure of the taste buds with a menu of varied menus and dishes prepared with refinement, pleasure of the eyes with the discovery over the "Seine" of illuminated Parisian buildings, pleasure of the ears with a felted musical background.
Punctual the boat docked at 23:00 to allow us to see the Eiffel Tower sparkle a thousand lights.
What an enchantment, what a delight for this unforgettable evening, to start over! Thanks to the empathetic staff of "Bateaux Parisiens"

Too much people, waitting to much. Not possible go to the roof to see

The Wifi didn't work at all on deck so no chance to connect to the audio guide. In the boat wifi was ok but you couldn't see anything.

Not great. The commentary was minimal, in a city like Paris where there are so many sights, many were left unspoken about, with silence just filling the boat. No mention of the concergerie, musee d'orsay, Latin quarters, and so many others. 2 stars because the boat allowed unrestricted view from the upper deck.

They're just like their competitors, big fancy boat, tours every 30 mins. Ours was the last trip of the day and lasted an hour. But they didn't let anyone use their toilets! Such a shame as it was really late (11.30) and nowhere else to go and we'd been with them for 1.5 hrs (queue + trip) so it was an emergency. Wish they could understand customer convenience even a little bit.

Beautiful mini cruise on the Seine, with which you can see some of the monuments and symbols of Paris. The company is modern and well organized, the boats are clean and also has an audio guide service also in Italian. Recommended.

We bought this 1h little cruise through the Seine for 15 pounds each. I thought it was a little over priced compare with the batobus. The boat was definitely better and there was a guide in many language that you could access thru the smartphone. Overall I quite like it. Great views, me and my friends really took great pics.

Long line without a reservation. Also, groups were given priority. There was a huge revolt/outrage in the "no reservation" line when a group of 50 ppl arrived and in a matter of seconds bypassed those waiting +1hr who were about to enter the ticket queue. They closed off the rooftop portion and the language devices were not functioning. Also, they charged the same price even though they had to cut part of the route short d/t the water level rise in the Seine.

The translations for the presentation description not explicit enough it lacks the annimation the taste to present Paris for that richness in culture and beauty by these monuments, it lacks warmth.
