I work for a mid-sized nonprofit organization that just switched to BASYS in the past year, and we have been very happy with how their team has handled our unique needs. They are highly responsive, transparent, and friendly, and have collaborated with us multiple times to make our wishes come true at prices we can afford. We operate differently than a business, and I have greatly appreciated the flexibility and creative thinking that the BASYS folks have used to help us customize both the front-end giving experience for our donors, and the back-end processing system for our finance and development staff. I highly recommend BASYS for fellow nonprofit professionals.
