Had a leak in my basement wall repaired 11 years ago from another company. It had a 10 year warranty. Called that company fully aware my warranty was expired. When I got someone to talk to I was told it would be $135 instead of $165. To walk in the house, big discount as I was a repeat customer. I was again rudely told 3x's my warranty had expired, I knew this, began the conversion mentioning it!! The $135. would not go towards another repair. It was strictly to see what was needed. I reminded the person on the phone I was a repeat customer and it is the same problem. She recited the policy and reminded me again my warranty was expired. Needless to say I told her I'd look around. CT basement systems has a free estimate and were nothing but professional. They answered calls, did what they said would and on time. A pleasure to do do business with. I'd recommend them 100% to anyone looking for help in their basements...
They do a lot over here. I have been here hooking up power for a new business they acquired. Seems like it's not a bad place to work. The staff are nice. Not much else to say I guess from my perspective. They seem very organized.
