So me and my gf bought a new 2020 Explorer from Bartow Ford back in October of 2020 and a new 2021 F150 in May of 2021. During the buying process of the Explorer we did not know there was a catch to gaining the 40k points in the Ford Pass app that Ford gives you for buying a new vehicle. Fast forwarding to today we learned you have to activate the app and link it to the vehicle within 60 days or you lose the points. All attempts to get these points after the fact through Ford Pass corporate personnel failed. Our sales person at Bartow Ford, Chris Stricker, took the matter into his own hands and instead of just sitting back and saying Oh well he jumped right on it and got us taken care of. I believe Bartow Ford is a great dealership to buy from! I ve had no issues at all.

Chris is an awesome, down to earth, guy. He sticks to his word and will do everything he can for you up front. There isn t any back and forth. This will probably be the last new vehicle we buy for a while but I know if we need another vehicle we will be going to see Chris.

Had a great experience buying a car here. Diana was an excellent communicator and was not pushy. She listened to what we wanted and located the right vehicles for us to test drive. Everyone there made the car buying process hassle free. We will visit Bartow Ford again when we need a new vehicle.

You won't find a better dealer or salesman like Chris Sticker , top notch no BS

Their service prices are consistently lower than even the local auto part stores for the exact same part. Always asked if I can be helped as soon as I pull up and the QuickLane is very convenient as they are open very late for simple services (oil changes, batteries, etc). Ive been here many times for service and keep coming back for those reasons.

My experience was fantastic. Eric Thacker listened to what my situation was, what I wanted for my end results and made it happen when purchasing my new car. I didn t make it easy for him in the slightest. It took a little time to do the research and find what I needed.
