Good day. I wanted to share my opinion about the Bartoszewski-Architektura studio. I received the contact information years ago from a friend who commissioned a project of a housing estate for 6 semi-detached houses in Warsaw's Wawer district. I am his neighbor and I also wanted to rebuild. I ordered a project and built a house that I am very happy with to this day. Recently, I returned to Mr. Bartoszewski with my daughter and we commissioned a project on a very demanding, narrow plot. What Mr. Bartoszewski proposed is perfect. He took care of all the paperwork for us, we got a lot of valuable advice and the project was done accurately and reliably. We recommend highly.

Unfortunately, Mr. Wojciech did not fulfill the contract for the reconstruction of our house, in which he guaranteed obtaining a construction permit. Despite receiving full payment in advance, Mr. Wojciech did not prepare and submit to the office the design documentation necessary to obtain a building permit. However, he claims that the office did not give its consent.
Project implementation time exceeded by over a year!
Constant promises to prepare documentation "for tomorrow" and to change dates.
We decided to hire a new architectural office and start work anew, which unfortunately doubled the costs at the design stage.
We are forced to take steps with a lawyer to recover at least some of the costs incurred.

Our pre-war apartment in Saska K pa was rebuilt according to the concept and design of the Bartoszewski Architecture Studio. The adaptation maintains the interior climate, while obtaining a new usable area through bold changes in the function of the rooms. Not only I am happy with the results of the work, but also every guest is impressed by the successful combination of modernity and Saskok pska tradition. It's nice to live here!

Nice, comprehensive and professional service. The office designed the building that my husband and I always dreamed of. All formalities were arranged for us. In the same year we started construction. I would highly recommend! I will paste photos as we finish the work. JP

The difficult location of the investment and complicated paperwork did not bode well for the rapid implementation of our home. We managed happily through everything thanks to Mr. Bartoszewski's help in formal matters. The office took on the burden of numerous visits to offices and hours of waiting for officials and their decisions. It turns out that a good design is only part of the guarantee of success. A very good design studio. The project was made and delivered at an express pace. Nice architecture. Good software solutions. Overall perfect cooperation and excellent responsiveness. I definitely recommend it!

Professional approach to the profession. A very creative architect, open to new ideas. The project was made with due diligence. The eldership made some comments but the architect immediately completed everything and we quickly received building permission. I didn't touch any administration :-) everything was done ready. They also cooperate with a great designer of greenery. I highly recommend cooperation.
