Unfortunately, Mr. Wojciech did not fulfill the contract for the reconstruction of our house, in which he guaranteed obtaining a construction permit. Despite receiving full payment in advance, Mr. Wojciech did not prepare and submit to the office the design documentation necessary to obtain a building permit. However, he claims that the office did not give its consent.
Project implementation time exceeded by over a year!
Constant promises to prepare documentation "for tomorrow" and to change dates.
We decided to hire a new architectural office and start work anew, which unfortunately doubled the costs at the design stage.
We are forced to take steps with a lawyer to recover at least some of the costs incurred.
