I called our mortgage people and asked what they could do for us. They said that they could lower the rate to 4%. I relayed the news to my wife and then we spoke to some friends who just refinanced their new home, about their process. They gave us Brandon Lane's information and I sent Brandon a text immediately and set up a phone call for the next day. From the beginning Brandon has been extremely communicative and super nice. A lot of this refinancing stuff was above my head and Brandon always kept us up to speed on everything. He was able to get us a rate of 2.8. My wife and I decided to go for a bigger loan, so that we could pay off some debt.
