Good location. No one asked me if I needed assistance, at all. It was clean. The student population seemed happy. A good selection of calendars, but not any of specific interest to me.

Fair selection of books, and good for Georgia Tech apparel. Seeing as it's also the Georgia tech bookstore, I expected a greater selection in the engineering and science sections. $14 for a pair of Georgia Tech socks might be a bit greedy!
Great place to get Georgia Tech merch, though you'll pay a pretty penny.
The GT Bookstore-they have improved their GT merchandise
Food some great pop up books food Selah...at great prices too
By far one of my favorite places to go to! Friendly staff and all the books you are looking for!!!
Excellent place to study in and will always be filled with Georgia Tech students. Remember this is Barnes and Noble at Georgia Tech and not an actual Barnes and Nobles, there is a difference with sales.
This isnt a book store its a Georgia Tech tshirt and merchandise store. Im so disappointed i understand its near gt campus but they betrayed wat a bookstore stands for.
Wide selection, big enough area so you can get lost in a book & not have people hovering over you. Free wifi (connected to Starbucks).
Sure, it's expensive. But it also is spacious, is right on the heart of campus, and is connected to a coffee shop. Great seating areas too.
Good place for students to get books, zone out at the attached starbucks, and find some good GT gear.
Scammers out here on campus!
They have an absurd return policy on textbooks- 1 week from start of classes. Does not matter if you don't need the textbook, does not matter if you found the SAME textbook on Amazon for about half the price, does not matter if you went in 1 day after their said policy return window. $85 down the drain.
This is their business model - scamming students.
Nice store, ambiance, big, plenty of GT cloths and stuff.
Just a bit expensive, as all college bookstores tend to be.
Overall good experience.
This barns and noble is pretty small, and doesn t have a good selection of books compared to other barns and noble. However, if you are looking for college books or school supplies, they have a large selection of those!
Books and merchandise, along with textbooks and dorming needs!
I went on the weekend but the people were really helpful!
The best place anywhere to get anything Geory Tech related. You want Georgia Tech salt and pepper shakers, chocolate or sunscreen? This is your place. They also have a huge selection of clothing. Upstairs this location also has dorm basics like coat hangers and laundry baskets. Their book selection is lacking compared to a regular Barnes and Noble though.
The customer service was excellent, but they need to come down on their prices or I'm going to have to start liking UGA.
1 week and 2 days ago I ordered a book. Took 4 phone calls, 1 in person visit, and then a follow up phone call after I did not receive a promised call to find out that the publisher stopped printing the book.
It took a little longer than I expected but my drink was delicious
Huge ripoff. Friendly staff, but this is one of those places where you can buy everything they are selling for much much cheaper anywhere else.
Same as all college souvenir shops. quite expensive.
Awesome place, I stop in every year when I'm in town. Nice selection of books and Georgia Tech gear and accessories.
This B&N is nice and has awesome GT apparel, but wow....$60 for a t-shirt? My co-worker had to buy one at short notice and that was our conversation all the way back to the job that day...smh
Georgia Tech's official store. You get your buzz card done in double quick time by the courteous and efficient staff at the first floor and the store is full of your clothing and stationery supplies. you can't fail to visit this Tech square shop..
If your looking for Georgia tech gear this is the place for you.. Every thing under the sun .
They have a lot of Georgia State items. Best place to go for it. Their other sections are smaller but have the more popular books of each category.
Just got back from Barnes & Nobles to buy a cookbook. I looked online and it said it was $17.85, but once I go to checkout I pay $30 for the book. I go back and show that it is only $17.85 online and I am told that they do not price match with Barnes & Nobles online... I was then told I am "paying for the comfy chairs". How do you not price match with your online price? Will not be back to any Barnes & Nobles in the future and will continue to stick with Amazon here on out.
The staff were very helpful and every item is displayed for you the see.
Tech students everywhere like the homeless. Disappointed
Worst visit every Georgia Tech area is racist and have a real (fked ) vibe about them. Customer service was the worst . Last $30 I support your business with
There's nothing wrong with the upkeep of this B&N. Everything is clean and the workers are nice. My main issue is with what they sell and what prices they sell at. This Barnes and Noble is more an overpriced apparel store than bookstore. They also sell school supplies at 3 to 5 times the normal retail price. The actual book portion of the store is tiny. I would have loved a bookstore near campus but this ain't it.
A little bit expensive, but you'll find everything you want if you are a yellow jacket!!
They dnt have much of an in store selection they say because it's part of a college unlike other stores
It's a lovely place for people who like a peaceful place to sit down and have some quality coffee in starbucks attached to barnes and noble . The collection of books are awesome in barnes and noble. You can sit down comfortably and do your work in the first floor. I came to Gatech for just 2 months and i loved this place a lot.
You can buy everything you need for college from here! Highly recommend getting a laptop from here only, as you get a free beats headphone with it!
A dream release. You can find all the books you want to imagine.
The programming selection is better than most other Barnes and Nobles I've been to, but for the amount of space used, I would have expected a greater amount of engineering and programming options. Most of the area is filled with clothing and novelty merchandise. Customer service appears to represent the student population. The 2nd floor incorporates a high ceiling near its center from the 1st floor but honestly appears to be more of a waste of space compared to other bookstore companies, meaning not very utilized. The plethora of book subjects are limited compared to other Barnes and Nobles and since they are affiliated with Georgia Tech, they don't provide membership discounts.
I'm going to have to take a star off bc......I don't like how you have to walk ALL the way from the back end of the second floor to the front end of the second floor just to go back to the first floor....The "up" escalator takes you from the middle of the building to the back of the building, but the "down" escalator takes you from the front to the middle??? Why would you design a building like that? The only other way down inside the store is an elevator, and it's ALSO on the front end of the store in a back-hallway. If you want to stay in the store and go back down, you have to walk ALL the way to the front of the store to catch the escalator or the elevator. I can't BELIEVE they would treat students like this. The fact that I have to walk all the way from the back of the store to the front of the store JUST to go back to the first floor is unbelievable! I can only imagine how horrible it must be to work in that building and have to make that UNBELIEVABLY LONG walk several times a day. I would surely faint.
and the textbooks and merchandise are overpriced.
