Highly recommending Barlow's. They have a lot of options for your indoor/outdoor needs. I was impressed with the amount of pots (and plants) available. The little greenhouse-like feel inside is so warm and welcoming. The staff are all very nice and knowledgeable. Prices are fair, quality is great. Thank you.

This is one of my favorite places. They have the best selection of plants and flowers you can't find anywhere else amd the qyality is tops. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, often going above and beyond. You a pay a little more, but it's worth it.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the variety of plants and garden supplies is plentiful. I went in looking for a specific plant and the store is well laid out so I knew exactly where to go and which plant was the right one. I also love that they sell seasonal veggie plants. Great place in the community!

Excellent customer service. The staff is very knowledgeable and will spend time answering any questions you may have. The selection of plants available is amazing. I bought two large tropical plants here this summer that you'd never find in the outdoor section at Lowes or Home Depot. Looking forward to going back next summer for another unique tropical or two.

Paid them to come out and get a quote. Called several times and waited 2 months to get the quote that never got done. In the end they blew me off with an extremely high estimate without providing me with the quote. Then it was a hassle to get reimbursed and by that time the season was over.
Bought 3 different plants from this place. One has mealy bug that I've been trying to kill for while. The other two plants both got spider mites. They cause other plants in my house to catch them that I've owned for a while. My sister who got plants from here also got bugs. I will not be shopping here again. I also think they are overpriced.

I am not sure what is the best part of my experience Barlow s Customer Service, their knowledge, or their plants and flowers. I called Barlow s today needing a replacement planter for one I ran over while visiting in Asbury Park. Not only was Barlow s able to deliver a truly amazing and beautiful arrangement and planter, but were super kind and helpful. They have definitely helped me get an invite back after my weekend driving faux pas. Thanks, Barlow s you have a customer for life. I ll be referring anyone who asks over to you

I truly appreciate how they provide info about what each plant needs (i.e. light, fertilizer, etc) for each of their tables. We have purchased a selloum, ZZ, peace lilies, and a beautiful white bleeding heart that has done exceptionally well near our patio.
Unfortunately, we don't have a lot of outside space so we cannot comment on the outdoor selection.
Prices were out of control. They should be ashamed!

I have always loved shopping at Barlow s as they have beautiful plants. However last Friday I had a very unsettling experience at the outdoor cashier. I asked for a bale of heat treated mulch to which the cashier replied they didn t have. I buy this mulch here every year as it was recommended by Stephen Barlow at a vegetable planting seminar. I asked the cashier to ask Stephen (who was present at the establishment at the time) to which she replied NO. And then said, if you think we have it then you can go find it. I did, and it took about 5 seconds as it was right in front of the place. All this went on in front of many customers who were shaking their heads at this rude behavior. I am disappointed that in this confusion I forgot to use my coupon ( which the cashier knew I had because I took it back when she first told me they didn t have the mulch. Not sure I want to shop here anymore.
Barlow's is a destination not just a garden center. They have everything from orchids to tomato plants and all sorts of soils and pots. Hanging baskets, cut flowers are also there for every occasion and holiday. Prices are competitive with chains too.
Very large selection, helpful staff. Great place to find interesting plants for your garden. A little pricey, but probably worth it. End of year sales are great place to get some things cheaper.

Love this place! I always come here for organic vegetable plants, but I also love to come and just look at everything. They have so many one of a kind items. Parking is convenient.
Indoor plants are WAY overpriced! My husband and I went there just to get some indoor plants and I was shocked at the prices. Lowe s has the same exact plants for half the price.

Nice place. Plants and flowers are in healthy condition. Not much in the accessories department but I guess their focus is the plants.
We get our plants here every spring and summer, Barlow's is our favorite local business. The ladies at the front desk are so nice and always know the best recommendations. They have cute small decorative items for your home, lots of small plants for indoors, we love our succulents and a great selection for pots in all sizes. Their website is very easy to navigate and have plenty of information for people who don't know much about plants, such as I did myself in the past. Very helpful. Great shopping experience.
Terrible experience with the owner Stephen Barlow (son) of Barlows this past week. Irresponsible business practices and communication. I stopped by and asked to speak with him personally and after I agreed to wait as long as needed he sent over an employee to tell me he would not speak with me. It's hard to believe that someone so lacking in professionalism continues to stay in business. As for the staff member I did speak to, she was very professional and knowledgeable from what I gathered. We will not be ordering our entire new landscaping needs from Barlows as a result.

Beautiful variety of outdoor and indoor plants! There selection was beautiful, some were a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Definitely recommend and plan on going back soon!

They have a lot of nice plants and stuff but boy you will pay a lot. Sometimes you can find a good sale. However I have plants that I bought at the Depot for $20 that they are charging over $100 here. I like to patronize small local businesses but I can't go to that extreme.
Always buy our landscaping flowers, plants and shrubs from there. It's a top quality place. I don't think I've ever been to a place where the staff knows soooo much about the plants. I think they've had to go to college for it. They've always been able to answer any plant question I've had.

Excellent, excellent service!! I had email Heather the manager a couple of months ago for 3 roses. She keep them for me in the farm in the back. Good thing she did because there weren't those varieties left for the general public.
I ordered two scotch broom plants from Barlow's online around 11AM for curb side pick up and received an email after 3PM that my order was canceled because the plants were sold out. I am disappointed because my order was confirmed as these plants are difficult to find. I will still shop at Barlow's but not as often as before.
PLANT HEAVEN! I have never seen such variety of healthy plants both house plants and outdoor plants succulents and flowers so many pots and stands friendly helpful people and a dog to boot! I got a gorgeous black and gold sansevieria and a gorgeous calathea (you don t know how long I ve been looking for that variety of sansevieria and a calathea) Will be back in the future!!!
