Terrible experience with the owner Stephen Barlow ...

Terrible experience with the owner Stephen Barlow (son) of Barlows this past week. Irresponsible business practices and communication. I stopped by and asked to speak with him personally and after I agreed to wait as long as needed he sent over an employee to tell me he would not speak with me. It's hard to believe that someone so lacking in professionalism continues to stay in business. As for the staff member I did speak to, she was very professional and knowledgeable from what I gathered. We will not be ordering our entire new landscaping needs from Barlows as a result.
