Barksdale does not know anything about modernization and their Mantra is the Crane Way, the parent Company Crane Co continually forces their way of Manufacturing down all the Employees throats. They are struggling to keep up in a modern Manufacturing world where other Company s invest in their products; Barksdale goes the cheap way and keeps beating those Old tired products to death.
