What a fantastic place to eat! So many choices and something for everyone. Great place to bring the whole family.

I really loved walking around and seeing all of the rock and roll memorabilia. Such a fantastic collection! This place is pretty busy so plan on maybe a little wait for a table. You can check out the displays while you wait. They also have a great gift shop.

Yum it's the desert that kills apples with a scoop of ice

It was slightly above sub par. There wasn't even a great "novelty" factor to this one. This time I'm specifically talking about the restaurant and food. The staff was fine. Not exemplary. But they did their jobs well enough. However. The place is nothing special. At all. The giant gift shop. The picture of ozzy staring at our table. The food was...okay. It was a bit like anywhere else. Applebees or T.G.I. Friday's or whatever. Just. Burgers and pasta and stuff. Nothing special. Maybe I just didn't see the charm in it. But I left with a lighter wallet and scratching my head wondering what I just paid $70 for exactly.

2017 ... the best hard rock I have visited without a doubt

Good afternoon I have an IMMENSE COMPLAINT BY THIS PLACE. On 04/19 April I went to this restaurant in which I requested a drink which was REFILL, I was attended by MONICA a very kind girl who explained the service. But the day 04/21 return to the place to apply to the same service which the innkeeper named KAMRUL told me ok you can every 20 to 25 minutes, when I request the account I charge 3 drinks, saying that at no time he had given me that information, having in my hands the invoice of the previous day, is not the first HARD ROCK CAFE that I go in the life to each country and state that I can go to visit them I do it, but I take a Horrible and bad experience of the one of NEW YORK his two innkeepers who attended me that NIGHT WERE ENOUGH SCATTERS, WHEN REQUESTING TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER, THEY TOLD ME THAT HE COUNTED THAT WAS AND POINT. Perhaps it is not the client who is right! There in two days leave money there, I await a response from you, apart I GAVE A SUPER BERRILICS DRINK BEAN to explain to the innkeeper that I CAN NOT CONSUME SUGAR STILL I PLACE IT IN THE INVOICE. I ordered a Diet coke to the same one I give it Normal! What is this place? By God ... in short I am quite upset and disappointed in this place.

Had the gold leaf burger, was amaze balls also had a milkshake cocktail that was absolutely unreal

Excellent location & the burger I had was out of this world - absolutely delicious! It was extremely busy though & staff were struggling to keep up. It took well over 2 hours (after being seated) to have just the 1 course & 3 drinks...otherwise I would definitely have given 5 stars.. in no way is this any reflection on the serving staff, they were absolutely run off their feet and doing their best. They were very kind & courteous.

As always, an excellent experience. Service good, food even better, ambiance .... exceptional. Going to the Hard Rock for us has become almost a must. I can say that we have already been in several HR's and it is always a great chance to stay at a beautiful place with great tunes and decor that could not be better.

The food is good and so are the drinks. But there is a queue.

No long waiting times if you book online via Google. Fine Burgers!

Here with my friends having a great time and the food is amazing and our server Harris is amazing kept checking on us and was working hard at helping us every step truly amazing service and would recommend him as your server. He made our whole experience to be the best. Thanks.

Cool atmosphere, unfortunately too little hard rock and too much noise.

Very good beer and burgers. Recommend especially classic burger is enough to be full. Kind service witress.

The service in general needs to improve, being Vegetarian there is not many options as all the other Hard Rock Cafes, also they need to implement alternative to plastic straws, memorabilia is very sad for New York not a single item from the biggest entertainer to come out of America, MJ

Cauliflower wings are amazing

Very good. Two (huge) burgers with fries, one soda (free refill), two beers $ 60 plus $ 10 tip. Everything was very rich, and we were attended by a divine boy, a native of San Francisco, who was going to Spain this week for vacation. : D

A magical and cozy place where you can enjoy good music, food and drink

I mean... yes... it is an iconic place, but if it is a restaurant, the quality of food has to be up to par. I ve been to HRC in Vegas, Miami, LA, and so on, but this place had the worst food. The drink on the other hand was awesome.

Very good place to eat something. The price is just above average, with your beer and extra money you can bring a glass of the place

Every hard rock cafe is always an experience in itself and New York is especially beautiful

Long service. Beer with trash somehow in a glass. But the steaks are great must notice.

Fun place to eat and drink, with extremely helpful (patient!) staff.

Waite staff wonderful. Lolla was great. But the food not so much. Waldolf salad supposed to contain apples, nuts, chicken, dressing and spinach. No nuts on salad and the apples were sooooo sour they were uneatable. Someone poured the dressing on. Swimming to the point we couldn't eat the spinach. We've been to Hard Rock Cafe in many places but as a New Yorker born this one was embarrassing.

Despite the wait very well organized. Excellent service and the food is delicious. A bit expensive for Argentines

There are a couple things wrong with this place and it starts with management. There is no reason for them to be understaffed at 5pm on a Saturday in June on Times Square!

The next issue was the food the nachos looked like it was thrown together from other leftover plates and the duo fajitas were light on the meat. The food made us sick afterwards.

We won't go back to this place

Wonderful, the service is excellent. Drinks as expected.

Also in this Hard Rock Cafe we were served as usual nice and good mood. Keep it up! A tshirt for the collection at home of course was bought auich.

Food was delicious, prices are reasonable for the area, and service was great. They forgot to put in our appetizer, so they gave us a free dessert to make up for it. Very pleased. Cool atmosphere too!

If you're looking for some cheap eats, definitely get extra, extra crispy fried jalapenos and onion straws!

I ate my burgers here 25 years ago under the guitar of Kurt Cobain. But always happy. That's just part of being there! I love the store!

The best hard Rock Cafe I've been to.

When deciding on where I should take my next vacation, if they have a hard rock in town, it a must go.

I've been to hard Rock's all over the world: London, Dublin, Washington DC, Seoul Korea, San Diego, etc. The one in New York is my all-time favorite, just because how big it is, and where it's located.

When it starts raining outside everyone does not have to cluster in this small gift shop, like at other restaurants. Hard Rock has a very large gift shop, and also large downstairs where the restaurant is located.

Food is a little pricey, but what isn't in New York?

Is it a tourist trap? Yes, but that's what I like about it. I can say I've bend to New York, and eat at hardrock there.

Excessive prices despite the quality of the meat is fair. Just enough quality beer and served in glasses for soft drinks. Air conditioning at demented levels ... Overall not satisfactory .... Only the brand ...

Extra breakfast time! Not very expensive for an all you can eat buffet if you like waffles they serve them on demand. Having breakfast on a rock tune is just great.

Very good Hard Rock Cafe. Great atmosphere including a stage area. The food is typically good. Totally worth visiting.

I like the beer and sandwich from Hard rock,one of my favorite meal is hamburger. Wherever I go any hardrock cafe, my standard menu..

Awesome place! Great variety of merchandise to buy I really enjoyed last week over there!

Surely you will have to queue a lot so I recommend that you go with plenty of time. It seems to me that it is a place with a great atmosphere and that is definitely worth experiencing

The classic Hard Rock experience in one of the largest cities in the world! But it is hard to find a free table!

We came here and there was a long line. So we got a buzzer that we would turn in about 20 minutes. However, we only had to wait 5 minutes. The service was friendly and it was served quickly. The hamburger tasted excellent. Recommended to eat here.

Food was good, service great. Looks a bit crowded on the main floor and the balconies feel closed off. Enjoyable but they take rock VERY loosely. Mostly old classics- pop, indie rock, hard rock, funk, soul, and punk, from the 60s to 00s. Bunch of memorabilia on the walls and columns, but idk if it would have been okay to walk around and check it out.

Great food and atmosphere. Very busy so make sure you have time to wait. Ate at the bar which is a great way to people watch.

Great ambiance...the wait time when I was in town on a Sunday afternoon was around 25 minutes.

It was my first time coming to New York, and coming to this restaurant was well worth it! Me and my girlfriend ordered the club sandwich and they Guinness burger and they were both absolutely delicious! Not only that but awesome rock and roll history in the waiting are, & their drinks are superb. Would definitely come again!!

The waiter was amazing, he was very interactive, and the food is great.

The live room is great and separate from dinner area. The bar tenders are quick and never long wait on food, really loud

Great place to watch your favorite game. Wonderful staff, warm, friendly, accommodating service, and lots of seating. Nestled in the middle of Times Square, makes it a must in your visit to the area. Never let's down, the brands image and reputation, it's a good place to make another memory.

Service slower than snail. Looking at the cheese in burger that it was prepared by chef immediately after the order but service people got it on table when its completely cold. And for a beer, you wait for an hour

Worst Hard Rock Cafe so far. Its the first time in the states and the first time at a Hard Rock Cafe which is not located in europe. It was really cold inside so we had to sit in our jackets, like other guests. The waiter seemed to be stressed and projected to the guests. When it came to the payment, he had a lot of time for talking and smiling. The artisan fries were a joke. Paying extra just for spices. Really disappointing. The fries swam in their own fat and weren't crunchy at all. The pulled pork was completely dry and sometimes it tasted like chicken. Thought they streched it with pulled chicken.
The visit was not worth the money we spent. There are better restaurants for this price range.

Standby time 1h. When we were seated we had bad luck with the clerk who answered us. We seemed invisible and I called her attention to her behavior and that the waiting time was more than enough and that I was tired More

I should give 5 stars but today 25th dec I see a scene that I don't approve.
A guy that work here went to a family that don't speak english very well and told their that the waiting time was one and half hour instead of only 1 hour that was told to everybody else and with a bad attitude told them "that is the exit" pushing them away. I feel so bad for all this situation. This shouldn't happened, expecially in this wonderful day.
Except for this all was amazing. Thank you to kevo, the guy that helps us all night.
