I have used PSA for over 10 years for car finance, and, on the whole, they provide an "okay" service.
Whether it's because of COVID or not, but over the last 12+ months I have found them a lot more reluctant to answer queries through voice, preferring to point customers to the online tools (which need some improvements to be more user-friendly).
I have exchanged emails with the staff over the past 3 months, and, to be fair, they know their stuff, but, again, prefer to point to account management, rather than answer the question.
My last experience though, has left a sour taste. I'm returning the car, only to find out that PSA do not handle that part of the agreement. They asked me to contact the third party who handles this, without providing me the contact details, plus what I would be expected to provide. Not great.
