APPALING, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Wish I had never used them, biggest mistake ever.

Had a car from Peugeot on just add fuel deal for 3 years. The entire 3 years service from PSA finance was disgraceful. I had nothing but 3 years of stress due to this company.

1. Every single phone call I ever made to them I found that the person on the other end was extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. None of my issues or complaints were ever dealt with over the 3 years.

2. They cancelled my insurance for no reason and did not tell me, I was uninsured for 1 month without knowing!!! They then lied to me saying they had written to me when they hadn't. I asked for a copy of the letter and they never sent it. I got no apology for this mistake which was their fault.

3. They messed up my payments completely and made it very confusing for me.



Overall appalling service and I would never recommend them or use them again. From now on I'll buy a car myself and not use finance companies.
