Patients would probably get better care if your CNA Ashley Nolan wasn't spending so much time sneaking around the building having relations with the security staff. She's more worried about finding places to have said relations at work then she is about doing her actual job.

If one can have a good day at the Cath Lab, I had one here. Everyone involved in my care was competent, efficient and above all, kind and compassionate. One of the best hospital experiences I have had.
I went in thinking I had DVT, it was much worse. I was seen by a very professional, friendly and efficient staff. The medical care, the speed and accuracy of these great folk saved my leg and possibly my life. I received emergency surgery. They took such good care of me I that I cannot put into words how well and comforted I and my family were. If you must go to ER, or worse emergency surgery, you should go here. Thank you Banner Del E Webb Medical Center.
The therapists and facilities provide out patient physical therapy in a safe environment and exhibit an atmosphere that is patient centric and professional.
The ICU nurses speak rudely to the patients family. I had an interaction with one of the nurses today. She couldn t be bothered to come from behind her desk to introduce herself, instead I had to ask who my dads nurse was. Then after I have my meeting with the Dr, I ask her for the name of my dads case manager. She proceeds to interrogate me and my uncle why we need to know. At one point I may have accidentally interrupted her but she had to problem pointing that out in a very rude manner. She goes to her station and after nearly 10 mins of waiting I go out to see if she has the information I need just to hear her rudely say Can I help you?
I blew up! I only did it because as a healthcare professional, she shouldn t treat a patients family in this manner. She s a taller curly red head.
My mother had her hip repaired following a fall on Sunday and has still not been seen by Physical Therapy. The order for Physical Therapy was written on Monday and Tuesday and nothing was done. My father was there last summer and they poorly managed his congestive heart failure. Stay far away if you love your elderly loved one.
I was brought to the ER by ambulance on 2/21/2021 am, due to a fall that left me unable to walk. The nurse who was supposed to take care of me was a reincarnation of Nurse Ratchet from the famous movie.
She was never compassionate towards me. I was in excruciating pain in my left hip and leg. I was given X-rays that did not immediately show the break. She started insisting that I get up and walk or I would be sent home. She kept telling me if I didn t do so, Medicare nor my insurance company would not pay. She kept insisting and insisting, until I finally did so and was made take a few steps, all while insisting that I was in excruciating pain, and could not do it. I probably further injured my hip by doing so. Finally I was given a CT or MRI, which showed the bad break.
This nurse was the most horrible and non empathetic person I have ever met in my 82 years on this earth. When I first was put on emergency room bed, I told her that I was urinary incontinent, and needed to urinate badly. She told me each time she left room that she would either get me a bed pan or a depends style brief. She never did either, even though I reminded her over a period of a few hours of this urgency. By the time I was finally admitted, my clothes, sheets and covers were all soaked and I was covered in urine.
I feel that this nurse is a danger to all patients that are in her care, and that she should be discharged and should not be able to work with any patients ever again!!!
My recovery has been very long, and I still cannot walk. I feel that this nurse s actions made my hip much worse, by insisting that I stand and walk with a broken hip!!!
Barb is a gifted therapist. She cares about my needs and pushes me to work a little bit harder at each session. I am very happy to work with Barb and look forward to continued progress.
