When I left Italy for Australia I was full of hope in wanting to change my life but unfortunately after just 6 months, working for a company in Brisbane, I had a back injury.

I stayed several months in work compensation (similar to INAIL salary) doing visits, therapies, etc ... One day an Italian gentleman advised me to go to a law firm to evaluate my case, and recommended me one of the best lawyers in Brisbane : the sign. Fred Banks.

My level of English was very low and I had a thousand doubts, but already from the first meeting, with a lot of patience the sign. Banks explained to me (even with a translator) every detail of my case and the formula that uses "no win no fee" (if the case does not end positively, no legal costs will be incurred).

After a few months I left for Italy staying in touch via skype and email with Sign. Banks; the case went on and ended after a few months with great success.
From the damage suffered I received an important compensation, all carefully documented with great transparency of every detail by Mr. Banks and his colleagues.
