This cheap bank is asking me to go out to ATM to generate pin in this corona outbreak. They can not generate it using IVR . They can not generate using SMS. Also not by calling call center. If not generated, you can not use google pay. You can not transfer money or anything.
Just one option - take a risk to go out physically to ATM center just to generate pin. Shame on you!!!

Very bad employees, not helpful at all, bery rude and straight away say no to work and gives us excuse of pending work,machine is close etc. I have came all the way to Delhi hoping my work to done over here, sadly I was return helpless.

DO NOT Prefer/suggest any one about SBI. Worst customer service.
I have submitted a form to open an account at SBI Loni, Ahmednagar(Maharashtra) on 4 sept. 2020. While asking continuously regarding opening account they told us on 30 Sept 2020, that the form which they have provided is wrong; and we will have fill another form, which we have filled on the same day.

From that day, till today I have asked them 3-4 times for account opening. and no one is responding.

This is the worst service I have experienced from India's largest bank. This is absolutely ridiculous.

One day system of SBI will surely collapse. Customers are not happy with this. not at all.

Very Worst Service, no receiver on Land Line phone then why you given it. No response from staff about Inquiry of Home Loan Subsidy, Even Mumbai Branch Land Line no also not Received. I have called today Baroda Branch and Mumbai Branch Land Line no. They gives only one answer repeatdely that Subsidy will Credit in your loan account when received from Gov.

Hi since 8 months im the jobless due to corona . bt ncert new delhi branch blocked my account due to non payment of my past 2 emi s only & 1 month non payment of credit card. This is very inhumane during this corona time. Banks should also consider things. How to pay bills when we r jobless??? Only public will suffer during corona.?? How should I give money?? Irritating calls and msgs only. No consideration.
I am a customer since 15 years.

Branch - Kalyan east (katemanvaili) staffs and manager very rigid with poor service.
Recent experience of cash withdrawal from My Debit card, I was in Nashik on where as my withdrawal from ATM was done in Kalyan branch ATM at 2am , I got shocked to get the sms on my phone for withdrawal of 25 k with 3 times transaction!

So very next day itself when I tried to check with my branch account they directly deneid to cooperate. We have lodge FIR against bank and staff , head office check on this review and comment below.

Pathetic, I visited for adhar update, the person sitting there doesn't know the documents requirements, and the lady for verification is asking for account opening otherwise she will not update adhar details.

Very bad experience from "BRIA, Branch, Ghaziabad" on account number portability facility. They are NOT accepting there is such facility. Account transfer request can be raise in destination branch as well, no need to visit home branch for this. And behavior. god save us on government undertaking banks, bas salary aani chahiye kaam ki jankari, dhele bhar ki bhi na ho. Response time 40-45 min baad batya, ye information, tab tak bank me zhak maar raha tha.
