On March 16, the bank sent me a savings account agreement until today, March 30. I never saw a TNT courier once, who reportedly called the gate and phone me 4 times (he did not do it because he was never at my address), the bank did not wants to send contracts by other courier, there is no possibility in the branch, neither an epuap nor a qualified electronic signature. on the helpline I only listen to music - since March 17 I lost on the phone for this game about the millennium account of 6 hours on different helplines, it is difficult at all to click on the phone such an option that on the other side of the helpline a man spoke, not a short information formula and automatic call termination. Unfortunately, I have a company account in this bank. In the evening they blocked 10,000 PLN on the bill. At the info line they said they can not help me and I should turn to the bank branch during business hours. We got to the bank branch in Wola Park, Beata's employee said she can not help, she does not know why they blocked the money and we should turn to the central branch of the bank. The next morning, we were in the central branch, where nothing could be explained either, the bank employee said that the same problems for other clients and she does not know why. I close all accounts in this bank and go to another bank.

Apart from my opinion, refer to the bank itself (in fact I have no objections to it) it is a small basin of corollips. Finding a parking space is almost a miracle. The whole thing started from the moment I opened an account and paid abroad with their card. They were to charge 2 percent on every currency transaction. I complained several times because they were taking more money than was due. They apologized several times. The cup of bitterness was poured out by the closed machine in my town. On average, it was closed for 2-3 weeks each month. I have decided to cancel my account and this is where the problems begin. Instead of taking a moment, they started asking questions: why? And what prompted you? When I called the hotline several times asking why the account is not closed yet, their answers were such as to dismiss me. Before closing the account, I submitted several complaints and asked for an answer via e-mail. Of course, they wanted me to log into the application that I had already uninstalled and I couldn't check the answer. Before closing the account, they refunded the money to my account in the form of compensation. They asked to provide a bank account to which May transfer all the money remaining in the account in order to close it. They only transferred my cash for my deposits. Unfortunately, the thieves did not transfer the money for the compensation they gave me. I called them to explain it and best of all. Earlier, the consultant assured me about the return and payment of compensation, and now, when I closed the account, the second consultant claims that the complaint was considered negative, but they will explain it. In a word, avoid this bank. !!!!

A long time ago I opened an account with this bank. I stopped using it mainly because of the constantly crashing mobile application (I had everything updated as recommended). Today, after a very long time, I decided to transfer the rest of the funds in my account. For 2 hours I have not been able to even log into the application, and in the millenet there is still a communication error message. When somehow on the computer managed to reach the transfer confirmation stage in the application, the application did not start. The current situation has strengthened my conviction that switching to another bank was a good decision.
Very good and customer-friendly bank. Overall, I'm very happy. I've been a customer for almost 10 years. The only downside is the phone calls from the bank with loan or loan proposals. For days now, the Bank called me from the same number during business hours. I will mention that not everyone has an office job and the ability to carry a private phone with them, especially when working at heights and using devices on the move. Today was also a phone call from the bank minus that on Saturday on a day off from work at around 9:20. I understand that the employee may not know this but it is enough to think about not calling so sooner
