Shop around other companies for your chipper needs. Bandit will not warranty their parts as they should. Had a starter burn up after a few weeks of use and they would not replace. I definitely won t be purchasing another Bandit product.
Every phone call, asking for help in troubleshooting... very time... I get the answers I need with patience and respect for my circumstance!!! Dustin and Dave (in service), thank you. Also in times past I've been put directly in touch with the design/build team.... other times they have been able to conference in the engine manufacturer specific service team.. amazing professionalism.
Note: if you're asking for help have a test light and a smartphone so you are able to email pictures and described in real time the issues you're experiencing... you will be guaranteed to get answers!
Factory facility was outstanding, personnel are the definition of subject matter experts. From the ground up got us in an out outrageously fast with a more than solid machine! They said what their machine would do and how it will preform and they weren't joking around. They have my business.
Bandit is a GREAT place to work for they have the best mascot too a Raccoon they are fat, eat trash, lazy and don t forget they have rabies.

Once we bought our 2090 chipper the service we got for a faulty remote was and still is a joke, the remote still doesn t work and Bandit could care less, Jack s on the chipper are weak, some parts are cheaply made as well, quality is there on a lot of stuff but cheap as well
So glad to be continuing our relationship with Bandit. Working with Joe over the years has been great. He has a wealth of knowledge about the products they sell, as anyone with over 20+ years should. Recently we begin working with Dawn in the corporate office as well due to some unforeseen production delays on a new machine. She has been phenomenal to work with and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure our needs are met. Thanks!!!!
