I left my old bank to follow my branch manager. She used to be amazing, She is no more. My only guess, Axiom has ruined her. In my year with Axiom they have proven they are not interested in helping those who live paycheck to paycheck month to month. If you live like many of us do, this is not the bank for you! We got charged fees after being given information by the branch to avoid these fees.. then they refused to correct. Transferred the money to cover, got charged more fees. And the App, don t rely on it. It does not show date and time of actual transactions. Makes it challenging at times to balance the checkbook. Also if you have direct deposit, don t rely on the bank to pay your stuff coming in same night. They will either charge or bounce it. Every bank in the past always paid items with no issue when coming in the same night as a direct deposit. If you do not live paycheck to paycheck you ll be fine, if you do find another bank.

Whoever decided to swap out the ladies in the St. Cloud Branch for the RUDE, LAZY, AND UNHELPFUL LADIES that are there now it's sad. The old crew was so friendly, polite and helpful. Every time I go there I see them being so nasty to others. Can't wait for my hubby to close his account. If you can't treat people nicely don't work front and center with customers.

I've been out of my account, online banking as been down for 5 days. My new card that was forced apon me isn't linked to my checking account and I am unable to pay my bills because they can't get there system together. Late fees stacking up and its not my fault . And I am still waiting on a call back from the supervisor on day 3 now . This bank is gotta be the laughing stock to all the other real banks out there. I surely will be closing my account once I am able to access my own account
