Good room but looks like a kindergarten, children, kids

Great area, great pools super clean. The prices at the bar are ok. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. The events in the evening are very nice. Great is the location. It is only a few minutes to Fisherman Village.

The hotel is located on Bo Phut Beach in the north of the island, a 15-minute drive from Chaweng (a 100-baht taxi ride after initial bargaining, professional hagglers will also spend less than 150 baht) and about 10 minutes to 15 minutes walk from Fisherman's Village. We booked 4 nights in the hotel's precious room to offer - a villa suite with a pool not at all high price. The room itself is very new (certainly in relation to the rest of the hotel's usual rooms) and is equipped with a private pool and bathtub. The first night we arrived was rainy weather and in the bathroom yellow yellow water came out with grains of sand. The matter was treated (and only partially) only about 24 hours later and with quite a few requests for acceptance. As compensation, we got a 60 minute massage that was no less than perfect (a little bit spoiled for themselves when dough out suddenly pushed us 1000 baht after we got it for free - of course we fixed it and did not pay). The bathroom is generally very pampering! The pools are very cute and children may well enjoy them. The hotel has a beach with sun loungers. The hotel staff are exceptionally courteous and pleasant to assist in any matter. On Tuesday evenings there is a beautiful food market of the hotel 7 - great and highly recommended and not expensive.

Big hotel, good service, delicious breakfast with 4 swimming pools. The hotel is next to the sea. The room is big, clean.

Hotel geared for families. Beach sun beds very close together so beware of screaming kids.

Great resort by the beach at Bophut. Nice and quiet.

The accommodation and facilities are first rate; lovely pool and beach, good restaurant on site, and only a few minutes walk from the evening market at Fisherman's Village. The breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful, even though it was a difficult time for them (the King had died during our stay - very sad). The location is on one of the quieter beaches, but that suited us. We didn't want the noise and bustle of Chaweng or Lamai beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

Simply great the hotel! I couldn't imagine a better stay. Above all, a big thank you to Stephan! He comes from Germany, so he speaks German well and can give lots of good tips!

Super nice family friendly hotel. Great facilities and very clean. The food and cocktails were delicious.
Prices are relatively expensive. Also for children was a lot offered (child care from 4 years)
The location and the beach are very nice but some rooms are very close to the main street where there is a lot of traffic.

Food is excellent but expensive if you have not booked in advance. Drinks expensive. Rooms very good. Pools excellent.

Great buffet breakfast- Choice of asian, american, european. Something for everybody.
Rooms - Got a deluxe double and the size was more than satisfactory. Balcony overlooks a beautifully maintained garden. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
Staff and Service- Top!!! They make sure that guests have a lovely stay and are always ready to help.
Location- If you want to party, look elsewhere. This area is quieter and a lot more relaxed than Chaweng. Bandara is 5-minutes away on foot from Fisherman's Village.

Perfect location right in the heart of koh samui with all facilities of a 5 star available... The villas are much better than the room keeping in mind the price.... A big plus is Direct beach access

The reception and beach restaurant were closed for renovations when we arrived in may 2016. Breakfast was served below reception and no dining was available by the beach as the ads suggested. We were not given any notice of this by the hotel when we booked. Whilst laying on the beach chairs trying to relax we were treated to jackhammers and drills all day.... horrible. Give it a miss until the reno's are done.

Beach section of the hotel was super quiet here. Hotel itself has 3 pool's directly on the beach and further up at the front desk in the middle of the complex .... free Wi-Fi is offered. At the beach pool and at the other pool there is a happy hour (I will add times) since there are two for the price of a cocktail ....

Everything about this resort is beautiful. I stayed at the pool villa suite the room is spacious it has its own private pool and the bathtub has a garden view. The resort is suitable for families with young kids, also the private beach is clean and has a great view. The check in process is so smooth the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend to choose this resort.

Beautiful, clean property ideally located on the beach of bophut with its 3 swimming pools including one at the edge of the beach and the restaurant with sea view is very good, quiet, relaxation and luxury to define the place.

Very nice, new renovated Hotel, with an nice beach and awesome pool, absolutely great to relax. Love the new rooms, with massage shower, rain shower. Also nice to have beside the aircon, a ceiling fan.
