The room was given, which differs from what was in the photographs, a single chair for two in the room, a shower cabin is definitely not for Deluxe, there is a drop of blood on the pillow (noticed only in the morning), the gym is small. Pluses are excellent service !!! Respect staff !!! Great and varied breakfast!

Quite sad outlook- during Jurmala city celebration part of Baltic beach logo letters on facade were not lighting, so were making quite poor and unmaintained outlook of 5 hotel. Since it was dirrectly besides main stage of Jurmala city celebration events, the hotel whith its poor outlook was in dirrect view of everyone attending the events.

5 * hotel, quite modest service. Excessive noise during repairs early morning to late evening. A 5 * hotel should still not offer 3in1 coffee.
But otherwise a clean and spa rich hotel. Catering would also be rated 4+.

Excellent massage services! (masseuse Galina) Perfect service staff. (especially in the restaurant) Comfortable rooms, good mattresses, spacious breakfast! The SPA area could have been more interesting (pool area) but it is good and the proximity to the sea compensates! Like !!!

I like this hotel with its openness all year round. It has a lot of visitors. Many guests and various events. Always a lot of staff, bars and cafes work. Among the shortcomings, I can note that for 5 stars, he still peels off quickly. It is striking that something here and there has long been asking for repair or reconstruction.
But in general, I advise everyone to visit this place at any time of the year and in any weather.

One of the most famous hotels in Jurmala and Latvia as a whole.

I enjoyed the visit. It's nice not only here in summer, but also in autumn.
Rooms are well maintained, smells good, great views, air, good beds.

Broksatis - better experienced in Latvian hotels.

I especially liked the sauna procedures. Except for personal saunas. Absolutely can't handle women.

Overall - I recommend this hotel.

Great high standard hotel. Have everything you need for a quiet and active rest. The staff is very helpful, trying to help in all situations. Free private parking is available on site, in a secluded secure area. Dislikes that only the swimming pool with one sauna is included in the room price. All other services at an additional cost.

This place is ridiculous. It looks all fancy and imposing from outside, but it actually has some of the worst hotels rooms I've seen. When we complained about the rooms to the lady at the reception, the reply we got is "well we are a 5-star hotel but we also have a 3-star building and this is what you have booked". We were then shown a few other rooms in the same building, all equally bad. Maybe there is a special group of people who enjoy this shallow pompousness, but my advise is to go elsewhere and what out for places like this in Jurmala. On a positive note, breakfast was good.

After a walk by the sea we arrived at the beach bar. A really beautiful place to relax. Staff very friendly and helpful. Totally delicious cocktails without alcohol on the menu. Prices according to the hotel standards but affordable. Should be done.

Great spa, probably the best among everything so far I have visited in Riga and Jurmala. The spa on the lower floor is not very large for only 20 people, but very good. Three baths excellent, the pool is just right, the hot tub is clean and hot, bleach is but not much. Overall I highly recommend visiting. There is some water fruit, foam with a glove for the hammam, chic saunas, warm sun beds.

Very good hotel! Breakfast (Swedish table) was excellent, the same can be said for dinner :) 8. The floor view is simply epic ... a bit hot in summer but when you understand how to turn the room air conditioner on perfectly. I wouldn't know more about myself as a sponsored trip :) If I had to pay for a room for 3 days of my own pocket, I'd love to do it because it's worth it. I recommend everyone!

The SPA center is just a miracle. For 5 days they raised me to my feet and turned on the light in my soul. Specialists from God.
The seawater pool and baths are lovely too.
As for the hotel, I won't give 5 stars, fish for fishlessness and cancer, there is no one else in the Baltic States to claim 5 * is the best near the sea. Very much reduces the impression of the bathroom. Since the hotel was converted from a rest house of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs or something similar, the size of the bathrooms is clear, they are small. And renovation 20 years ago by design. Of course, I was not in all the rooms, so the impression is subjective.
The staff is well trained by 100 out of 100 points. True, the boys from the staff on the beach in the sun lounger area were already very active and loudly expressing dissatisfaction with the working conditions and its payment, talking near the vacationers.
Breakfast for all 5 *
The iL Sole restaurant has a wonderful sea view, but a chef who does not know how to cook delicious mussels, but rather a wine cream sauce for them. A complete salty flop.
But View restaurant and Seafood & oyster Terrase pleasantly surprised us with the quality of the dishes. Although I had to face the forgetfulness of the staff and me and the neighbors at other tables. So there was nothing to tip for. And yes they work from Thursday to Sunday.
What is most important is the feeling of complete peace, security, relaxation. This is a family-run hotel, a hotel for retirees and everyone who wants to relax in peace and comfort without undue attention.

Breakfast and Spa were great.

Breakfast and Spa were great.
Lunch and dinner are prohibitively expensive in terms of portion size and quality.
