Nice hotel with super location clean and stylish rooms. Service is fast and friendly. The only disturbing thing was oldfashined ceramic plates in WC and bathroom. Sewing kit was empty when I searched for it. But the breakfast and view from restaurant were amazing!
And latest update: SPA area was overbooked, treatment queue is caotic, salt camera was booked, but 60% empty beds- looks like will not prefer this hotel anymore

An excellent 4 stars complex offering a good variety of services. Excellent location, room was very spacious and clean, but it could be better settled, bathroom ordinary, the shower glass could be bigger cause after a shower nearly half floor is wet.
Good quality of sleep, breakfast buffet with a lot of choices but the fresh fruit bowl should be covered and the same for the meat and cheese... Get dry and curly after while....
The spa was very good and normal price extra for a 4 stars hotel.
In general all was good, but a bit far from a 5 stars.

In 2019 we saw the hotel rooms in a good price around January and bought them. The trip itself happened in April 25th-27th. Entire weekend we were there it was amazingly 25 degrees entire weekend (it was 3 degrees a week before and a week after this trip). Since we bought out hotel rooms so many months before, we got them for pretty good prices. The dinner and breakfasts were included. The rooms are absolutely amazing. They have big beds and amazing air conditioner, so if you happen to be obsessed with good air - that's a plus. Breakfast service was beyond surprising. The servers bring coffee to your table and your job is only to look for food, which was everything and more than we expected. They had every food product you can imagine. Even champagne for breakfast? Sounds amazing. The beach was so close, that I could smell the sea already from my hotel room. Balconies are great place to be in the morning and in the evenings since sun is always shining no matter what side of the hotel you are. The entire neighbourhood around the hotel is like visiting Beverly Hills. Super safe and extremely beautiful, what's the most important - clean. They have loads of restaurants and shops around the hotel. Hotel it self also had a spa and a gym. Spa had a pool and sauna. Gym was incredible. They had better gym equiptment than half the gyms I have visited in Estonia. No people but good music and very 21th century equiptments there. I don't know what else to say that this hotel is definitely worth the money. You can go there for entire week in summer and not get bored. They have tons of activities to do there. For one - sunbathing, swimming, exercising, restaurants, walking. I must thank Baltic Beach hotel for giving my entire family such amazing experience. Greetings from Estonia.

The hotel is quite decent. It can be seen of course that the furniture and the rooms themselves have served the guests. In the closet a shelf was broken, in some places worn furniture and a bathroom. Great mattress. Great breakfast. I'll put the four for cleanliness - it's difficult to clean the carpet so that nothing remains there (I found the trimmed nail of the previous guest). They promised to withdraw the money on the card immediately after check out and payment, but they are still booked a couple of days later. 5 stars? Not from me.

Good hotel! Reception deserves all praise! We were a family for the New Year, 2 adults + a child of 11 years. Booked a suite, 2 rooms! The room is very good, but there was one minus, the balcony did not close tightly, N 802! Well, everything else is fine! Would you stay yet? Definitely yes!

The worst 5 star hotel!! Booked 2 months in advance, received call from Hotel ON THE DAY we have to arrive we need to prove my boyfriend os covid negative only because he is British! Negative covid test 10 days ago wont work, need to prove he lives here or we can t come! Really? Stayed in delux room, can t imagine how small and bad os standart room. Salt room was included in our offer- none of the employees couldn t be bothered to explain we need to book it in advance or explain how long we can use spa, when is check out e.t.c. They offer medical assistance-asked for simple pain killer because of massive headache - nothing! Didn t even advise where is the closest pharmacy. Jakuzzi stoped working and obviously there was no one to ask for assistance. Went to spa area- first thing we see when elevator doors open os 2 massive bin bags, no one in the reception, just cleaning lady. Finally reception lady came, but again- no explanation what we need to do in salt room, how ot works ,how long we can stay there, After salt room, left the spa- again no one there, bin bags, not even light on!! Definitely not coming back !!!

Outdated and worn out hotel and rooms; extremely outdated pool area. However, personal was quite friendly and breakfast was quite good as well. Nevertheless, would recommend to choose something else for staying in J rmala.

I requested 4 times over the period of 10 hours to have my pillows changed dude to them being feather. One window is blocked with the hotels exterior design, this cuts your limited view. Staff couldn't be bothered helping wit any requests. 50 euro per night added on for the mini bar until. We declined it. This hotels is too expensive and not up to 3 star standards

They worked here on New Year's corporate parties as artists. We lived on the ground floor, rooms are simpler here. Therefore, what is going on at the top of the rich, I can not tell :(

The buffet is excellent, service is also super. At breakfast, you can ask for a glade and not be limited to one glass.

The spa complex is divided into two zones: baths and the actual block with saunas. Both there and there is a pool and a jacuzzi.

I really liked it. Thanks!
