Good food, but too noisy to have a good conversation

Fantastic afternoon tea and one of the waiters was brilliant, the service was a bit slow at the start having ordered a bottle of sparkling water on arrival it took 20 minutes to come. Once we ordered the afternoon tea it all ran pretty smoothly. Great atmosphere.

Very poor experience. On my birthday I waited 30minutes for my table. I was seated first on the bar where nobody offered me a drink and then I left. Dirty toilets.

A great night out. Staff were friendly and efficient in a very busy restaurant. Food was lovely and the wine recommendations matched well.

The highlight for me was the mixed seafood starter with oysters, prawns, whelks, muscles and crab. Incredibly fresh seafood, well presented.

Traditional New York City spot offering the same atmospheric French experience in the heart of Covent Garden. The decor is the same, the menu seemed to be exactly like the one you find across the ocean and staff is just as helpful and friendly. Had a great experience with friends for lunch.

One of my favorite restaurants EVER, have visited several times! The best food food, great location, good atmosphere, a bit pricey but that's ok, would visit again!

Yes amazing food and very polite service, but forgot both our side dishes, told they would be 2 minutes but never came. Ordered deserts and took a long time to deliver, and not compensated thereafter. For what they claim to be, definitely not up to standard. Keith McNally should be ashamed

Super cocktails, good food, weak service.

Perhaps they are getting back up to speed after Covid, but service this poor for prices this high is going to get you punished when it comes to ratings.

The food was good enough, but my abiding memory will be of the spectacularly bad service, and it was not as if they were short of staff.

I must say their new drinks runner was on Monday the young black male was very helpful. Me and my Girlfriend was waiting for possibly 10 minutes, he saw us and immediately found a waiter to take our order.

This restaurant used to be one of my favourite places to eat in London but it has changed and gone downhill. The service wasn't what it used to be, the music was too loud and the food was average. Then they turned the music up to club levels whilst can-can dancers performed on the bar before running around the restaurant. We were just leaving at that point but every route out of the restaurant was blocked by either dancers or waiters. Highly disappointing
