We had afternoon tea here for a birthday celebration. Staff were very helpful even with the two 3 year olds. Afternoon tea was lush. Planning on a return trip for lunch.

Had a lovely evening meal in the Lodge - dress warmly .. great food and atmosphere

Since our last they had provided a fixed tented area for eating out. Prebooking is recommended. Staff were friend food was excellent and we're also dog friendly.

Restaurant was open but as there was no heating it was not pleasant to enjoy our lunch. We moved into a lounge which was cold, so we left earlier than we intended feeling disappointed after an expensive but uncomfortable lunch.

Fantastic outside space. Really attentive staff and delicious breakfasts for vegans and meat eaters. Definitely going here again

Came today 27th April and had lunch wow it was absolutely wonderful both my partner enjoyed every mouthful the steak was cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth desserts were lovely I opted for the cheesecake and my partner had the fondant, staff are so helpful will definitely be back

The outside ski bar is lovely! Has a real feel of being on holiday. Of course it is semipermanent so it is a little chilly but that adds to the charm. Space heaters and blankets keep it comfortable. Lovely menu, happy staff. Great place to catch up with friends

Our second stay at this lovely hotel in the New Forest. Friendly & helpful staff, excellent food served in the Beresford, my asparagus was the sweetest I have ever tasted.

Birthday celebrations made very special by the most welcoming staff and great ambience and amazing food!...highly recommend
