I called the store in Opry Mills Mall & spoke with a young lady explaining my situation. I was planning to propose to my girlfriend on Xmas Eve which is also my birthday. She told me to come in sometime in the morning and they d probably be able to get it done that day. When I arrived at the store the clerk working was extremely professional and polite. He looked at the ring and told me that it would be ready by lunchtime. SWEET!!!! As promised it was ready! Thank you Fast-Fix; you guys have definitely made this Christmas a happy one.

Kareem was outstanding. The customer service coupled with his knowledge of merchandise throughly satisfied my wife and I. Will definitely be doing repeat business.

I've had several items fixed here over the past several years from jewelry chains, clasps, and watch bands and repairs. Nice service and good prices.

Fast fix is an understatement! I love any company that can under- promise, and over deliver! Dropped off 2 chains to be fixed on a Wednesday afternoon. I was informed they would not be ready until Friday. Wednesday night I got a call they were both ready! The team was extremely pleasant and professional. Thank you!

Went to replace a battery on my watch.

They refused to change it unless i bought a 5 year battery warranty, so i ended up paying $42 and change for a battery replacement for my guess watch.
The batteries cost $3.
On average replacement batteries last 2 years.
It's a complete rip off, as the warranty isn't all encompassing. I'd totally understand if it covers repairs to the watch in general, but I regret not just driving the extra 7 miles to a battery plus.

I'm blown away by the response from the owner to this review, because not once, did the store associate even mention a "one time battery replacement option". On the contrary, they outright refused to even touch the watch without me agreeing to the warranty!
Even as I made the call the battery plus In The Store to verify the cost of a simple replacement.
So yes, i will indeed be calling your store when it opens, and I would very much like to simply be charged for the battery replacement without the forced 5 year warranty.

They were fast as advertised and did a quality job. Would absolutely recommend and repeat as a happy customer.

Went in to get a link taken out of my watch. Greeted at the door, link gone, and all in less than 20 minutes. Excellent!

They were super fast and did good repair work on my glasses frames. Price was a little steep, but less than new frames I am sure. Next time I will know to park closer at Opry Mills (near Entrance 1), and stay around rather than head home immediately and go back so soon.

Had a great experience here! Took my watch in for a new battery and they couldn t have done it more efficiently. Both employees I interacted with were super friendly and knowledgable. Will definitely be coming back anytime I need anything else repaired!

I walked in to the shop after my husband said we needed to visit while we in Nashville and showed the 2 gentleman a bracelet that I was told could not be fixed. Instantly he said let me see what I can do with this. He fixed it in less than 5 minutes. And the extra bonus was getting it personalized. We talked for a moment about leaving it and he would ship it to me because he may not have time to complete prior to the mall closing. He knew that we were driving back out of town and said wait a minute let me see if I can just squeeze this in now and complete it for you. Give me 10 minutes. Within 10 minutes the job was complete! They were extremely professional, friendly, and very helpful. I am willing to travel (I live about 100 miles from the store) just to take any of my jewelry back for repairs!
