Bally's was very livley and a great place to gamble. Drinks and bar service was great.
Bally's was very livley and a great place to gamble. Drinks and bar service was great.
The Casino's slot machines are old and dated. The location is good. Lots of good restaurants.
affordable easy to access to other hotels since it is in the middle nothing special
Pretty much similar to the places that we have visited. Slot machines, hotel and restaurants. Pretty standard stuff in the strip. Need to improve game teaching services. Why don't you teach people how to play the games?
It was just okay. Rooms were eh. Probably wont stay there again
I checked out of my COMP room and went to Mandalay Bay. Friendlier people, better comps, and the room was awesome. Ballys did not treat me like a Diamond member and everywhere you turn someone is in your face trying to sell you show tickets or makeup. Casino is way too hot! Miserable experence.
Really enjoyed my impromptu trip with sister-in-law. Beautiful rooms, nice eating restaurants within hotel
A nice hotel on the strip. Customer service was good. Bathrooms were clean.
Rooms are to far from front entrance not good for handicapped clients. Staff needs to be more friendly. The elevator wait was horrid.
The service was great. Gambled there all week & on Halloween we were there for hours and as we were leaving we got kicked out because my friend had a fake gun with his cowboy costume. His name is Brian Harkness and he has a lot of money and loves to gamble. Our words to them were. There is plenty of places to loose money in Vegas. We will happily go somewhere that wants the money. The Linq was idiots too. The gun barrel didn't even go all the way through. We have all been to Vegas many times and will go many more times and will avoid these places. The proper way to not be an idiot & handle this would be to have security offer to hold the fake gun till we leave. It cost them a couple of thousand bucks this trip. And so much more on future trips. Poor customer service trumps the great job the hard working staff did.
Service is horrible. Room service refused to change my towels because I have to wait for my housekeeper. They take forever and are extremely rude. Overall all rooms are outdated but you get what you pay for. It s not to bad. The ac does not cool and the water pressure is horrible. My biggest reason for the review is the horrible service from all the staff.
Be sure you know exactly what you owe or they will charge you extra without telling you
Bally's has undergone a lot of renovation. The Grand Bazzar Shops are a nice addition to their property that bring a wide variety of shops and food selections to the strip. While I have never personally stayed in their rooms, I have heard that they're pretty average. With Bally's being more on the budget friendly side, I think the location is a huge plus for the cost. With Bally's location in the center strip and the variety of entertainment, drinking and dining options, it's a good budget friendly property to consider.
Feel old and dirty, too many people around. People selling timeshare are annoying
Amazing hotel. Great service and hospitality. Only complaint is I had to leave....
This Hotel was very busy but also very clean. The elevator lines could ve been a little bit better but it was reasonably price. My view wasn t that awesome but the free parking was definitely a plus. My only complaint is the fact that the new Texas drivers license could not be recognize in there quick check in Kiosk, so I had to wait in a different line to actually speak with a representative in order to check it.
Location is good. Not creepy. Middle of strip. Cheap food at the hotel. Atmosphere is awesome
We stayed the weekend for a bachelorette party. The room was spacious, we were not surprised by extra charges, and it's a great location in the middle of the strip! Overall, pretty pleasent visit
Had a great afternoon gambling with Lady!! My wife and I really enjoyed her personality!!
Bally's is a location that you can relax in while gaming. There's a bar area with a band that is plays upbeat music.
Bally's is located in the middle of the Las Vegas strip which is convenient. The hotel room was stated as newly renovated. However, the room looked a little dull and had lots of signs of wear and tear in the upholstery and cabinets. The room is large.
Good location, nice room and bath. However, the walls are very thin and the price does not include parking (costs 10$ a day) and only 9$ breakfast which is basically coffee.
Located on Flamingo and Las Vegas Blvd. I went to the bodies exhibit using a Groupon and it was fascinating. I did not stay at the Bally's but stayed at Caesars Palace and the walk is about 5 minutes as they are connected by bridges to get you from one hotel to the other.
Location was manageable within the rest of the strip. The room is amazing, we just got upgraded into a newly renovated area on the 19th floor. Service was absolutely awesome!
Pretty nice hotel, with quick access to convention center via the monorail system. Rooms are big and very comfortable. Pretty nice bed as well. Definitely recommend staying here.
Food is outrageously priced and it's subpart to be honest. The waiters and hosts are slow. The entire casino reeks of cigarettes, very bad. It's very gross. Their check in process is slow and their kiosk is a good idea but to get to your room it's confusing. A solution for that would be too paint green, red, brown lines that people can follow on the ground to get to their rooms. The print out at the kiosk will tell the customer which color line to follow. Doesn't have to be huge thick lines, just small enough to see and follow. As for the food, y'all need to fix that. If you're going to charge an arm and a leg for food it should taste great, not like food from taco Bell or Mc Donald's. The room is pretty clean but we can still smell food.
I have never been so dissatisfied as a consumer. For an extra 30/50 you can get a much better hotel. We ve stayed at the hard rock and bellagio and this was by far the worst. There is pretty much no one at the pool and even then there is very little shaded areas plus it is way to warm. Also the pool bar closes at like 4pm its crazy. Do not book a room here until they renovate the gym, steam and sauna room. The rooms need to be bought up to modern standards. It takes the bells boys ages to get your luggage. They ask you for ID every 10mins and don t even get me started on the parking. They say it s free everywhere but you ll have to walk 20m to get to your room. We won t be staying here again!
It was a great place to stay, enjoyable, nice big king room.
Good Ceasar's property. Should have a laural room of its own!
Stayed for a wedding and absolutely loved it! Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfy. Sure, there were some scratches on the wall but whatever. Desk staff was friendly. Wish there was a frig in the room but we actually didn't even need one. I was scared after the bad reviews but I'm really impressed with Ballys and will stay here again.
I was rebooked at Bally s by Travelocity because Rio Hotel Suites was such a nightmare, I wouldn't unpack my duffle bag.
Jennifer in reservations hooked me up! The staff was lovely, attentive and always laughing or smiling. The Sterling brunch was expensive but worth it, if not for anything but the champagne.
On the flip side I'm disputing an $80 charge after I was told phone service was included in the resort fee. They claimed the calls were long distance . There's is no such thing since 1974! In a digital age this is a joke! At no point did they stipulate local calls only. I also don t know anyone local! WHICH IS WHY I M AT A HOTEL! ! Had I known, I could have just used my cell!
Let s see how they resolve this issue.
Room was not very clean. Paint missing from bathroom vanity. Staff very slow. Staff did not not really care about hearing about our complaints. Definely think we will stay else where next year
Great cheap gambling option on the strip plus very good customer service.
It was a decent hotel but not a bragging place.. if your looking for a deal this fits the bill
Rooms are great and the casino is okay. There are better casinos in other hotels. Also, not a lot of people turn up for casino.
Place is looking older . A little confusing. I do like the shops up front. Needs a face lift rooms are looking worn down
Excellent Sports Book with separate seating for horse players vs football bettors. This is especially good during Sunday football games when it is very crowded. Great fast food area right by the Sports Book so you only have to miss minimal action.
I visited Bally's to gamble and really liked that they had a lot of different slots to choose from. Great place to gamble while in Vegas.
Great location for all sites pickup great body museum
This casino is always great! You cant be at ballys!
Great atmosphere. Hand sanitation stations everywhere....
The hotel was nice, conveniently had the monorail there so traveling was easy. It's attached to the Paris hotel which was my favorite to visit. Service was good.
Poor customer service. My room was not cleaned upon my arrival that night and when i complained about it and that my husband vomited in the trash can in which i placed outside the room door, not no one came to charge the garbage bags nor empty them until room service came the next day. I also asked that the linens be changed and that didn't happen. I was at a conference there with over 3000 people. What a disgrace for a hotel.
Check in was smooth, rooms were spacious and clean! Great rate too for a midweek stay
I like this place because it is the perfect mix of location quality style and cost. Centre strip so an easy walk to a number of big names. It's also a traditional style inside which I like. And the rooms are good quality often on offer for a decent price. It also has a good selection of places to eat. One nice feature is the underground passageway that leads to Paris next door. In the passage there are shops, restaurants and places to drink.
Whenever I go to Vegas I always consider Bally's. Been there so often it's like going home....
This was my first time & Loved staying here! It was sooo much fun! You have quick access to gambling, eating different restaurants & early morning cafes too. Staff members at check-in were very helpful. Although a few of the waitresses serving drinks were rude, we didn't let that bother us. Rooms are beautiful & huge...was so comfortable & cozy! I really enjoyed my stay here & didn't want to leave . Totally recommend this hotel!
I stayed here because other family members we were meeting up with in Vegas were already had a room booked. Based on their website, the rooms looked nice and "newly renovated" so I booked. I don't know when they actually updated their rooms, but it definitely wasn't very recent, so their website is misleading. Our room felt drab and the cabinets in the bathroom were all dinged up. The doors to the rooms and the elevators were greasy and always covered in finger prints. The lobby/casino area was constant chaos, and the smoke smell was very prevalent here unlike any other casino we walked in to.
We checked in with the kiosk which was fine, it was quick and easy but if you have any questions about anything you will have to wait in line to see someone at the front desk. We tried calling the desk from our room but they couldn't help us and told us to come down. Upon checking out, we ended up standing in line for 40 min instead of using the kiosk because we had questions about our parking.
Thankfully Ballys is connected to Paris which is where we would go to drink/gable. The lobby/casino area at Ballys is just so uninviting. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend staying here, not for what we paid. It was a disappointment.
Very nice just to walk around and visit the shops. The hotel is beautiful on the inside.
Love this place, spotless rooms and friendly people
DO NOT USE THEIR INTERNET!!! When you go to hook up to it, it says that you can hook up up to 2 devices within a 24 hour period for free. After that, you will be billed $14.95 I think it was. So I went ahead and hooked up to it and I was still charged for it. My fiance called to complain about it and they told her that you have to pay a resort fee in order for it to be free and they absolutely will not take the charges off of the bill. I don't remember seeing that on there. It happened to 3 other couples in our party also. All I see is that was one big scam, not like they didn't make enough money off of us already. Just remember to not use the internet. They will charge you! Unless you pay their resort fee.
Great view of the High Roller wheel! Nice clean, big room. Updated bathroom! Connected to the Paris Hotel. We were on the 58th floor. Would have given 5 stars, but the elevator was noisy at night.
My personal hotel of choice in Las Vegas. 5th time staying here in the last 4yrs. Great location in the middle of the strip. Staff was great & helpful. We ate at several of the eateries just outside of the hotel. Great options.
This is one of the classic hotels in Vegas. A lot of the rooms have been remodeled, which is great. There's lots to see in this hotel, not to mention a lot of history. One of the best things is how centrally located this hotel is. If you don't spend a lot of time in your room, this is the place to stay for a good price.
+ rooms: large, clean, comfortable bed
+ location: perfect if you want to see the strip
- parking (far away from the hotel itself and very confusing to find since the "Paris district" and the Bally's area are merged
- self-check-in: should be easy and quick but wasn't at all
Bally's was fantastic especially during Covid. High level of privacy expected and received. We were left alone to "our business" and it was much appreciated. The casino had security at elevator entrances and they cleaned the poker chips on the casino floor on your eye view, ONE at a TIME! This specific visit made me want to go back to Bally's and only to Bally's, it was exactly what I was looking for on a getaway from CORONA!!!
Bally's is always the perfect amount of busy with an amazing selection of reasonably priced restaurants and bars. Perfect place to gamble and spend a couple hours.
Slots were generous and great chili dogs at the deli
Awesome location on the strip, lots of great eateries and fun gaming. Great Poker Room
Went to ballys for the twilight zone mini golf. It was a prettt good indoor course and the music is pretty good. It wasnt too crowded and the holes went pretty quick.
Nice and easy access to get to the strip and other casinos. Has all the normal Vegas stops, slurpee bar restaurants etc. Nice sports book.
Love the location but the room no coffee maker, no microwave the fridge was broken but they charge us additional $40 for resort fee
This hotel is awesome! It's super convenient and enclosed! Like a little city of amazing! There's a Starbucks right outside-- and a few little coffee shops inside. You MUST eat at Nosh! They have these amazing chocolate croissants! The gym is nice too--
Stopped in to check out their slot machines and it was a very nice looking place. The floor was easy to navigate and was very clean. The drinks were nice and strike and the staff was nice and friendly.
I really have nothing to review for Bally's. We just walk through the casino to get from the monorail to the strip.
They have a really cool human exhibit going on right now
We just passed through but really enjoyed the vibe of the casino
Loved my room but when I was on the floor the service to get cocktail was terrible for it being as dead as it was.
Classy casino. Didn't stay only came for a show. Navigating this casino proved a lot easier than surrounding casinos.
The hotel is nice, but getting a waitress for a drink on the casino floor happens rarely if at all. When you do a waitress approaching, she is angry, rude and has zero manners. This is often the case. We have been lucky a few times to be with a very attentive waitress. Mostly horrible.
Connects to Paris which is convenient. Gambling has relatively low minimums which is nice
Just passing through on our way to paris but it has a classic charm and everyone appeared to be having fun gambling
Bally's is in a great location and a 5 for that. The room was excellent and we ended up extending from 7 days to 11 days at a great price compared to other locations. The Italian restaurant on casino level is not part of Bally's but is not worth going to and Bally's should make that clearer, this is where they lost points. Going back to the room it was large and very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice but on the 8th floor we could hear the hum of the AC from the Casino. Would definitely stay again on a visit to Vegas.
Awesome place. Very cozy however the room was not the one we originally wanted.
Charged for early check in, T.V. Poor, reception desk not friendly. Room service almost non- existant. Housekeeping very GOOD! Room thermostat didn't work right. Room was much too hot. All in all poor except for housekeeping staff. I will not stay at Bally's again
I got the best room ever. I celebrate my birthday in vegas and the front desk gave me a perfect room for my 3days vacation.. awesome.
The pool is less crowded here than any other. So if you stay at any Caesars Hotel you can go to any Caesars pool.
1 percenters ruthlessly milking the middle class dry.
I was unable to travel to Vegas over Spring Break due to the COVID-19 pandemic, so I requested a refund. They denied the refund. This is a viral outbreak that has impacted many industries, including travel. It has taken a toll on hotels, but it has also taken a toll on travelers themselves. I am a college student and the $400 dollars that is arguably negligible to the hotel, is half of my rent. This is profoundly demonstrative that hospitality is not about customer satisfaction and return; it is about corporate greed. This casino is cheap and lacks an appealing atmosphere. Maybe they can take that $400 and spruce up something.
Nice experience. Rooms are good prices and clean, fun, atmosphere in the middle of everything. Recommended if you are going to Vegas for sure!
Love the shows friendly and helpful staff rooms are nice and clean
I paid 50 per night for a queen bed room but after tipping 20, she gave me a king bed room suite with a open bath tub in the room. Room is big is quiet it is a very nice stay, I think is even better than the 250dollar room at Venetian.
Great place loads of fun, shows, slots, cards, and more.
Drinks, restaurants available. Directly on the strip, walkability to other attractions are not a problem.
Clean rooms, check on line for pricing and availability along with package deals.
Front desk was unhelpful and rude. We had asked if they were able to store our bags prior to our flight while we killed some time in the casino and the staff didn't seem to know if there were rules for that (seriously?). How have you never run into that situation before?
WORST HOTEL IN LAS VEGAS. Do not stay here. Worst staff and hospitality I have ever dealt with. Rooms are big, but need to be way more sanitary, Not happy at all. Please do not stay here.
