This is the second time they towed my vehicle. Due to a computer glitch. Well. I will call a lawyer & take your company to civil court. Btw people , let me inform you. 2 days prior to auctions of your car is the only time by 'LAW' they can clean your personal property out of your vehicle. If they take your personal property from within your vehicle prior to the auction dead line it is against the law and can be reported to the police department. That statement was quoted by a Sacramento officer.

Kicked me and my kids out while keeping my wife behind lock doors not letting her leave without signing a paper that says theres no damge even that there was and would not bring the car out side for us to review.We paid the fees in full and would not let us leave with the car unless we said there was no damge thats got to be illegal?

This company impounded my vehicle and when I got my vehicle due to there negligence.
They messed up my power assist module do to having a lifesafer ignition lock on it which is visible.
Which the power assist steering module is a $700 part for the type of car that I have.
I am a mechanic by trade.
Also ther driver messed up my drive way to which I had to pay my landlord $1,700 to re pave the driveway So they will be contacted by lawyer and a lawsuit will be filed against this company for there unprofessionalism.
No matter what the reasons was to why you towed my car it is against the law to damage Someone's private property and best believe you will be took to court for the damages your employees did to my vehicle.
Also my car went straight to my work place and it will be on a lift to finely inspect my vehicles under cariege for any damages that may have been caused by your company's tow trucks.

My car got repossessed secretly 2 AM in the morning, apparently they broke the lock entered my drive way and towed away my car. This is TRESPASSING. I understand that you need to take the car back but the way you handle it is illegal. When I went to claim my personal belongings, they only gave me one small bag with garbage paper in there and told me that was it. After I asked to double check the car, they led me to my car and I found another full bag of my stuff by myself. My cables and a visa gift card gone missing. By the way, they are going to make a private sell for the car, and the towing company is also a dealer, that is really suspicious that they will purchase my car at a low ball price and Santander comes back to me and ask for the difference. That is really sketchy. I just received the later letter from Santander, they re asking me $700 for forcing the car 2 Am in the morning and broke the lock from the drive way, blood sucker!

It's a recovery company but they are friendly with others
