Very happy to have stopped here on our way back home. Definitely a spot I will stop at whenever I'm passing by again. The food, beer, and employees were all awesome. I really enjoyed the Pork Bahn Mi sandwich, the bite of the California burger, the Mango IPA and stouts.

We were traveling through Bakersfield and decided to try this place based on reviews. I just can't say we were impressed. We started with a Mexican Lager and Blood Orange Ale. The beers were good, nothing great but good beers. We then ordered the pretzel sticks, which i think were just the soft pretzels from the freezer that were cut into to bite size chunks and certainly not worth the $8.95 that was charged for them. Entrees: I had the cheesesteak sandwich and my girlfriend had the pork sandwich - neither we at all exciting. Both lacked flavor and the beef on the cheesesteak was dry and tough. So, if you must stop, do so for a beer or 2. Eat someplace else. Stick to beer guys.

Likedthe fried artichocks if there was a butter garlic sauce I think it would make the artichoke s taste even better. It would be nice to have some fried oysters on the menu they go great with beer. Had a great experience at Tremblor today and would recommend others to visit very nice atmosphere.

Visited from L.A. Tried the chicken strips, fries, and a flight of beers. The strips and fries were hot, well seasoned, and delicious. The beer was better than expected. I loved the blood orange Whit. It was nice and simple. Well done.

We had a blast with the line dancing class. The food was awesome!! The environment is so relaxing and all the different people were so friendly and helpful. We're definitely going back and taking the rest of the family. Probably every Tuesday and more.

Definitely not the place for out of towner's. The food was decent, the service was horrible. I never mind waiting so that was not the problem. We ordered beer with specificity to not serve us anything with the fruity side taste. Our server advised on one (this is a local brewery with their own brew.) When ours arrived it was full of a citrusy flavor. All she could say was "sorry, no refunds." I also understand this to some extent but for first timers they need to get it right. If you are asking for something specific, then grab a taste for the customer and make sure it is suitable. We ordered a burger, with cheese, to share. It came without cheese, but we were charged $1 anyways. I had to go find someone and ask for a knife to cut it into with. We also shared the super salad. It was just ok, very bland. We are here for several days and had intended to eat and drink at this establishment several times due to location. We always tip better than 20%, but did not tip at all. This is a first for me! Because I believe waiters should be rewarded for their service and usually they are very deserving.

This place I a good brewery. The beer was top notch and the sweet potato fries are to die for; highly suggested. The building itself is ugly as hell but I am not knocking off any points for architectural issues; it is just a big box.
