My husband and I were at the Bakersfield Heart Hospital for a procedure to be done on my husband. The Doctors and the Nurses and the Aides make a fantastic crew. We were treated like family!
The care was beyond awesome! We were put at ease immediately. The procedure went very well and I am so glad we had it done at the Bakersfield Heart Hospital. I will always recommend the Bakersfield Heart Hospital to anyone with a heart condition.
The staff were so nice and friendly always with a smile they made me feel so comfortable and was seen in a timely manner I didn t wait long. They made me feel like they really cared for my needs and pain. Thank you! All were my hero.
All though no one really likes having to go to the hospital - I have to say Bakersfield Heart Hospital really makes the experience a little easier to get through. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. They are kind, caring and good at what they do. The care during the short time we were there was the greatest, which eases your anxious feeling about everything that you are going through. Patients and their family appreciate this. Thank you.
The Bakersfield Heart Hospital has a great staff! The nurses are very friendly, efficient & helpful. The doctors are great & explain everything to you about your procedure. Everyone is very thorough about your health.

I did not know what to expect going to the hospital in the middle of a pandemic. What I received was kindness, compassion, and empathy. Such a wonderful staff and doctor who work in humility and show kindness when it matters the most.
I was well taken care of at the Bakerfield Heart Hospital during my week long stay May 2021 when I had emergency open heart surgery. The doctors, nurses and all staff were very kind and attentive. They took care of my rehabilitation afterwards which was so important. I attended their Cardiac Rehab located at the hospital and it was fabulous. They have great equipment, awesome physical therapy routines, educational materials, and lots of encouragement and smiles.
My father is fighting for his life. I actually feel more bad for the nurses that have to deal with us. They all have just stayed so patient & kind to us, even through our break downs & out burst.
Ultimately I am so happy this is where I decided for my dad to taken to.
Carol, Chief Nurse, Is just absolutely amazing!! Her patience to us and her kindness has made our heartbreaking situation just more comfortable. I appreciate her so much.

Very short waiting period. Personal showed patience and a caring attitude. I was extremely ill and in a great deal of pain. It was explained to me in terms that I could understand what I had and what treatment I needed. The doctor and staff worked quickly to get me tested and prescribed the medications needed and was able to send me home quickly.
The staff was efficient and courteous. There was a lot of information provided in a comfortable and secure environment. It was suggested that I take a second test next door, which I did immediately after my appointment. I was given a clear, easy to understand synopsis. Well worth the $25 cost. I recommend any women, especially those over 50, to participate.
