So far so good on the primary side of things. Staff very welcoming and friendly unlike most clinics these days. Cortez Integrated Health or Axis Health is centrally located in Cortez making it an easy stop for your health care needs. They also offer some dentistry of some sort as I did not need to be seen for my smile. As well as mental health professionals to help with the not so visible or tangible issues. Great staff, location, and services makes Axis a 5 star review for me!!!

Walking in, the waiting room is big and cozy with large windows. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. The psychologists are wonderful, as well as the primary care physicians. Wonderful facility altogether. Would recommend for all non-emergent medical needs.

Excellent pediatrician for my kids! Staff is always kind and friendly. Treatment is always great.

Never have I had to wait so long to be seen for an appointment scheduled weeks in advance. Axis has poor communication and even worse actual treatment. Their staff is always changing and you can expect to wait at least 30 mins to be seen on said scheduled appointment. This place is joke, and is only used due to lack of other options. The laughing stock of montezuma county mental health services.
