The local place stopped carrying this bread, so we order online now. The quality ingredients and overnight ferment makes it safe for me to eat, and it s the only non-sourdough wheat that doesn t make me sick. Love this bread, thank you for shipping small batches for folks in rural areas.
I got mad respect for the people here. They are great. It s very rare but there are still some wonderful companies in this great Country like BAKERLY. The guys working here did me a huge favor last night picking up a couple of pallets and not only that they even gave me some sweets.
