This dealership is deceitful. My experience with this dealership is the following. I bought a Nissan Rugue 3 years ago from them with warranty for 100.000 miles and 5 years what ever comes first. And I am performing my maintenance regularly to the car so when my car broke down I took it back to dealership. The dealer fix it temporary and let me drove it and he knew it still have a problem with engine so the car did not take me that long fortunately it brook down just the next following day. So I had to take it back to them again. When I dropped off the car I asked the representative was going wrong with my car he told me I need a new engine so I asked why they don t change the engine to the car when I brought it for the first time and the car still under warranty. They reply back that I have to buy the engine to the car from my own bucket. Then when I checked my warranty document I read that I still have the warranty on my engine car until 60.000 miles, and my car has only 58800 miles on it. Then I realized that, so when I took the car to the dealership for the first time the dealer knew that already and just want to fix the car temporary and handle to me back until I would drove it over 60.000miles, that s way I may go over the warranty but unfortunately, their plan it didn t work well for them. It broke next day. So, I am now looking for an attorney to sue them for dishonesty and to get fix my car and pay me for my time. So please who read my story be carful if you want to buy a car from this dealership. Shame On y all Nissan dealership.

I decided to visit Baker Nissan I was greeted by Gina she was so nice and made me feel welcomed, Shaun was amazing as well. I highly recommend the service here i will be coming back to see Gina and Shaun again!

I'm sure the new cars are great, but NEVER trust these folks for a used car. We just bought a vehicle that is believed to have been fraudulently inspected, with the engine light reset. We have reason to believe a "ghost car" was used to obtain a passing inspection report, as the light came on and the car had trouble starting approximately 100 miles after purchase (the next day). Upon taking it to a reputable repair center, we were informed that the intake manifold was broken and there was NO way the vehicle could have passed the inspection dated the day of the sale, and that the dealer would have seen all of the error codes present if they had it inspected. So, we were sold a broken vehicle, purposefully masked to defraud an unknowing customer. We came back in to get them to make good on this issue and were met with sarcasm and a complete disinterest in helping or taking any accountability. We have begun filing complaints with governing organizations and will be taking legal action. We strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your used vehicle.

Kenny was absolutely phenomenal to work with. Due to a short waiting period upon arrival we noticed that Kenny is a highly requested representative for this location, which made us even more comfortable with our decision. The vehicle provided was clean, in great condition and perfect for what we needed for our weekend getaway. The rental process was drama free, smooth, affordable, professional and an all around amazing experience. We will definitely be returning and using Kenny for ALL of our rental needs! I bought my Murano from another dealer solely because I wanted specific interior/exterior colors and the new car now bug bit me.

I have to say, after taking it to Baker (closer to me) for its first regular maintenance, I wish I d just waited for Baker to bring one in. I can say hands down I had the best customer service I ve ever had. They were awesome start to finish and so quick I was pretty much speechless.

Well done Baker Nissan. I ll be back to purchase our next vehicle.

Made an appointment with Aida to see a vehicle, drove 45 min out of the way just to not see the person I made an appointment with and be told they had sold the vehicle, which I called to confirm before I came! Tried to get me to by a "similar" vehicle, but of course nowhere near the prices they were advertising. Terrible customer service and way to operate your sales tactic. I could have chose to buy another vehicle from here but it was their approach alone that turned my business elsewhere.

I am totally despondent with the cooperation that I received in dealing with an issue on the 2014 Nissan Murano that I purchased on July 18, 2015...the auto that I purchased only had 16,297 miles on it but the tires were exceptionally worn, I sent two letters of complaint to Mr. Foust (the GM) concerning this issue and as of today, August 14, 2015 I have yet to receive a response. I would think that the dealership would show some level of concern regarding the safety of their client but it seems that this is not the case. The hot Houston weather is wearing on the tires even more but I am sure that there is not any concern of Baker Nissan. Wow shoots in the foot to this fool for making this purchase,

I went to the service center to get my car serviced. And it went along much easier than I anticipated. I noticed a lot of cars in the drive way and lots of commotion everywhere. But i was greeted by Marco Hernandez and he helped me out very quickly. I was brought in, signed away, and sat down within 3 minutes. I was out of there in 20 minutes. Thank you marco!

I am disappointed I haven't had the same experience as most people have had. I haven't even been paying on my car for a year yet and I'm already having problems with the vehicle. For some reason there has been confusion about my VIP service membership every time I have come in for a service. It takes them 2 hours to do an oil change and the girl at the checkout counter in ther service area is rude and unpleasant.

I never recommend anybody to involve any deal with Baker Nissan. I bought a pre-owned Nissan Altima recently, my salesperson named Eugene and Manager named Shawn. I bought this car with Lot of water stagnating in boot/trunk, windshield container leakage and Huge noise from the car which are not shown/visible during my first look. But while finalizing the deal they promised that they inspected the car fully as inspecting the car before selling is part of their process. But still these issues are in the car and they sold me without notifying me anything. But whatever I asked them they keep on repeating me like they inspected car fully. I noted all these problems are on the very next day and I called the salesperson. But he responded that it s my fault that I didn t see all these problems during the first look. I m not sure how come a windshield container leakage and water stagnating in boot/trunk are can be noticed at the first sight. After that, I called many times, they won t pick up the call or not responding properly. When I visit dealer personally to ask about these issues they didn't bother about my problems and they never concerned that I m there and I needed their attention. The salesperson told me that he don t have authority to solve it. I tried to reach out the manager. But the manager not even spoke to me even I requested many times. I wasted lot of time and money with this dealer. I lost my peace of mind with this deal and I m not happy at all. I can say this is cheating and not the deal. I m planning to raise a complaint in BBB (Better Business Bureau) about this.

After suffering an unprecedented, intermittent glitch with the main console hub of my 2014 Juke NISMO , the part was finally imported from Japan for warranty repair. Now that the part is installed, all seems to be remedied. With just over 10,500 miles on my AWD Juke NISMO , this is the only issue I have experienced [outside of normal maintenance].

Christina Martinez of Baker Nissan did a great job with following up to let me know when the part arrived at the dealership as well as having the part expeditiously installed by her crew. She also strongly encourage me to stay in touch with her personally if the unit glitched again so that she could help take care of any future issues *(should they arise). ALL of this just a couple of days before the Christmas holiday and the entire staff was all smiles!

I whole heartily can not say enough good things about the service department at Baker. I can easily and honestly say, they have me as a customer for life with this type of service. As a former, 4-time new Saturn owner; I can easily state that Baker Nissan's service department is even better than they were....and trust me, that is saying a LOT. Saturn's service department was very good, but Baker Nissan is even better. I am still is awe. Not to mention that this is my 3rd new Nissan vehicle purchase and I have yet to see another Nissan dealership's service department or sales team top Baker. Baker Nissan makes Robbin and Peacock Nissan look like a McDonald's playground...*messy and full of snot. *(and that is being polite)

So far, I have received much more than ever expected from a dealership service department at Baker Nissan. I can only hope this level of service never deteriorates.

Baker Nissan has to be the worst car dealership I ...

Baker Nissan has to be the worst car dealership I have ever tried to do business with. I was In the market for a new Nissan Murano and I had put an inquiry on one at Baker and got a call from a salesperson named Jeremy. I agreed to meet him and see the car and take it for a test drive after work since the dealer isn t far from my work. I am married but I work with animals everyday so I don t wear my rings on a day to day basis because I don t want to risk damaging them. This day was no different. I made it to the dealer met Jeremy and we looked at the Murano and test drove it. After that we sat down and talked numbers. But instead of talking numbers Jeremy was asking if I was single. My answer:no I m happily married. He then questioned why I wasn t wearing my rings. I gave the explanation above. He still wasn t convinced and kept hitting on me. At that point my numbers were already done being discussed and it was a very uncomfortable waiting game thy just went even more down hill. The sales manager then came over. I forgot his name unfortunately. The sales manager proceeded to once again question my marriage, why I wasn t wearing a ring etc. We finally got back to numbers and sales manager asked if there would be a co-signer or if I was in the military. I said no my grandfather was but he passed away. This man proceeds to ask me if my DEAD GRANDFATHER could co-sign! I was done after that. I had been hit on after repeatedly telling people I was married, harassed and then the audacity of disrespecting my deceased loved one. My time had been wasted. That night I got home and emailed Bob Baker my experience and he emailed back saying he would take care of the situation.

So the saying goes fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me right? Let s fast forward to this week. A few days ago I get a call from a number I don t know and answer. It s a salesperson from Baker. His name is Austin. I tell him my experience from before and tell him I m not really interested in buying from Baker. He says he will make sure I have a great experience and he s not like the people from before. I say ok sure but here are my expectations and I m not swaying from them. I m at a firm price and firm on my trade. He says no problem I ll work on and get back to you. Today Austin calls and leaves me a message saying he has good news. I message him and ask what is it. He says I can get top dollar for your trade and your payment will be guaranteed under $$$ amount. I m thinking ok they had my information from before, they know what I expect, they must feel pretty damn bad about how I was treated at first, sure I ll give them a second chance. Austin said pick out the one you like online and I ll get the deal done before your here. I pick the one I want and send him the stock ID. I told him I wasn t going to waste my time so when I get to the dealer, they have one hour to make this happen. I drive an hour in traffic to get there. I walk in to 2 women up front (one large and one with glasses) no hello, no greeting, just you here for plates so I immediately have a bad feeling. Austin greets me and shows me the car. No need to test drive because at this point I ve driven about 3 Muranos. So after 44 minutes of giving the same information I had 2 weeks ago and working really hard Austin comes to me with a payment almost 300 dollars higher than what he guaranteed me in the text message. I even showed him his own message and he said well I m not a mathematician. Then he comes at me with an appraisal for my car that is 500 dollars less than 2 weeks ago. I said get my keys and I m leaving. Icing on the cake? They lose the keys to my car.

Third chance? Definitely not. I advise everyone to stay away from this dealer. They don t value your time and if your female, just prepare to be looked at as an object and talked down to.
There s nothing a canned response from the dealer or anyone could say to me to make me go back. I wouldn t wish my worst enemy to buy a car from these smarmy salespeople.

After a couple awful experiences at other dealerships trying to pressure us into buying things we couldn't afford, my husband and I headed over to Baker Nissan. The experience was awesome. We told Carl Baker what we were looking for and what our budget would be for a car payment and he worked with us to find us what we were looking for and in our budget. I really enjoyed the no high pressure experience that this dealership has to offer. They are very knowledgeable about their vehicles and I would recommend them to anyone I know looking for a new car!

I made a service reservation online, but when I got to Baker it was like I had never made it - I was not found in the system, was asked what I wanted, etc. I had entered all that in the online service reservation system.

Plus, I badly needed a car wash. But the car wash machine was "broken" that day. I did get a rain check, but I live a good distance from the dealership so probably will not use it.

Took my 2005 Nissan Maxima to fix few problem incl...

Took my 2005 Nissan Maxima to fix few problem including my sun-roof. Picked my car in couple of days and was happy about the service. Next morning, I realized that my headliner near the sunroof was damaged. I called in and went in the same afternoon and told them about it. Showed it to service consultant and he talked to the service manager. He came out and take a look and said there is nothing he can do because he didn't know if it had happened there and because it was 2005 (referring as old car). If it was there before, than they would have noticed it. I assume whoever was fixing my sunroof pulled headliner and probably he used lot of power and ripped it. I was satisfied with their service but they managed to pull out a huge disappointment. I recommend everyone to do quick inspection of your car with service consultant just incase your car might get some damage and they will deny. I am not saying that it happens all the time but its your car and no one cares about it except you, and costs money to fix.

Sorry guys but I was really very disappointed.

SCAM !!
Nissan called my husband to offer a car etc... went in on Sept 10th to see a Sentra but i wanted a Versa instead. Nissan always calls since we have a lease that ends in February 2020. They were so desperate to make a sell that they offered to take care of our lease (remaining balance); sounded like a good deal but told the sales guy we were over in our mileage due to the lease terms. He then went back and forth with his manager and finally offered to pay the balance off on miles. So then i was still not sure since i did not like the basic Versa i test drove. Told the sales guy; then he said there was an upgraded version but it was about $3,000 more than the basic one. I told them, let me go home and think about it. At that point one of the managers came and said "what if i give you everything the sales guy said he offered and upgrade the Versa for the same price?" That sounded like an awesome deal, but of course before making a purchase we told them we would think about it. They insisted we would get the color i wanted and it would be towed from Dallas. We went in to get paper work ready, ran credit and put some money down. That night we left in a loaner while we waited for the actual car. We went back on Thursday Sept 13th to finalize everything and the car that was towed had over 200 miles. My husband looked at the paperwork and seemed way off. With the $3,000 down our entire balance was almost $34,000. Keep in mind credit is not an issue here at all. Gave us a higher APR (6.90%) than the previous dealership where we bought a Cadillac with a (4.3%) APR. We asked why was it so much but everyone was supposedly clueless. They said GAP was required, maintenance for 2 years and extended warranty for an extra year. We then told the guy we did not need any of that except the GAP. Still balance was way off. We asked for total price before interest, taxes, title and all the extra stuff. They tried to sell me a Versa that was originally close to $19,000 to almost $26,000. We asked why and no one knew until i decided to not go through the deal. One of the managers was so unprofessional and started arguing with my husband and even calling him "bro" also started throwing at us that he did not charge us for towing, rims, tint etc... We told him, that is not what we agreed on, we still wanted to know why the balance is higher. He finally got fed up and said " well, we had to add the remaining balance of the lease somewhere". By then we told him nevermind but instead started arguing and told us "get an attorney involved or whoever you want but you already signed some paperwork, how am i going to look with my manager explaining we have an extra car now?". I insisted, its not what we agreed on so we left.
***(Keep in mind that the sales guy and my husband were texting back and forth during the deal). We had just made my payment for our lease and asked him where that money was going and he replied "The payment you did went towards the Altima and reduced your lease balance, so the balance we are paying off includes your last pmt."

Another manager named Mike approached us and told us he would check out our case. The next day we called corporate and they opened up a case, they were trying to be helpful but insisted the general manager had the last word but was out of town. Mike called my husband and had a different deal. He took everything off (Gap, extended warranty, maintenance) and gave us a (2.90%) APR and also offered to give us back my down payment. Total balance was brought down to almost $30,000. Yet, still they were charging me for the lease $5,700. He said "the sales guy worded it wrong". My husband just walked out and left, we were down 1 car for 5 days until Nissan decided to back down from the deal and gave us our lease back. Only messed up part about this is that they ran my credit. I will NEVER do business with them again.

Word of advice, read everything. I wonder how many people they actually get to scam !!!

The staff at Baker Nissan is great. I never have to wait for a service advisor as they come to check you in quickly upon arrival. The waiting room is always clean and has refreshments stacked for waiting customers. The restroom is very clean as well which is important during this pandemic. I can't say enough about my service advisor Najee and Service manager Shaun, who puts me at ease every time I bring my vehicle for service. I love the free car wash as well. my vehicle always looks great after service. these guys are amazing. Keep up the Great Work!!!!!

This was the best experience I ve ever had with Nissan. It was my first time going to this location since I recently moved into town after I got a notification of my car having a recall. I decided to also get an oil change as well as take my car in to get the recall addressed. All the staff was super nice my main point of contact was Carlos. Everyone was super friendly. Carlos make sure that I had everything I needed especially when I explain that I had gotten my car used he made sure to print out everything that I needed to do and the cost to maintain my car. I likeD Carlos s approach on doing this because I was charged for exactly what I came in for which was the recall and the oil change so I didn t feel nickel and dimed. Plus he still gave me the paperwork explaining other things that I could do to maintain my car and the cost so I knew for the future what I could come back there to for maintenance purposes.I like how everyone takes health seriously during COVID-19 and was wearing masks, has hand sanitizer available, and practiced social distancing. And then when I actually got my car back it was cleaner on the inside then when I dropped it off which was a pleasant surprise.

I accompanied my boyfriend to Baker Nissan while we were car shopping the salesperson was friendly we did a credit application the sales manager Michael Fresa sits down with us he made fun of my husband in front of me joking about his credit used the n word joked about his appearance it was inappropriate I have never had such a negative experience with a dealership DO NOT BUY HERE my boyfriend got a car without a co signer at Drive time stay away from Baker Nissan

I was delighted to see all the friendly staff here. They brightened my day and made the entire experience work out much better. Marco Hernandez was the young man that made me feel like the only customer there. He could recognize confusion and would be quick to ask if i needed help, truly willing to make the experience a great one.The 31 minute oil change and great coffee just top it all off for a 5 star review. I will me coming back.

Tyrone called me to check if I was still interested and voiced my concerns on previous experiences.Hearing my story he assured me he was gonna make it right and get me in that Titan XD
Tyrone is professional at customer service and doing exactly what he tells you up front and taking the time to find out exactly what and where you want to be and went to work.

I cant begin to explain how incredible the customer service is here. I am beyond amazed by the amount of energy each staff member puts into each customer. They re all so willing and furthermore, happy! They re genuinely happy to be helping each customer. I was greeted by Marco Hernandez, the valet, he came to my car with a huge smile and asked me how my day was to start. I just couldn t imagine the level of customer service provided here. Truly incredible!

My car was here for insurance damage estimate. Convenient drive through with most insurance adjustors. Enterprise can pick you up here for rental. My insurance guy said he thinks it's the cleanest and best repair place in town. People were friendly and helpful.
