I had an appointment to see a specific Altima advertised on their website. When I arrived, I was told the car was gone. I was offered a model with 10,000 more miles for a $1,000 higher price. Classic bait-and-switch.

UPDATE: Thanks for the response. When I arrived at the dealership for an appointment made that same day, I was informed the car had sold the previous day. Your salesman made the appointment knowing the car was gone.

Our experience was not the best. We found the vehicle online, planned to drive 4 hrs Thursday night, stay at a hotel, to pick up the vehicle Friday morning. I spoke with the salesman, Terry, on Monday, all of my questions were answered, he was very helpful, polite etc., was told they would fax buyers order to our bank. Checked with them later that evening after sending them exactly what needed to be on buyers order was advised they would send bank paperwork first thing in the morning due to bank closing in 50 minutes and risking anything getting lost overnight. Didn t hear from them Tuesday. Wednesday morning I checked with him, he advised he was in meeting, rec'd message 2 hrs later, it was just faxed over. Assuming all was good, I then messaged him again Thursday morning, never rec d a reply so I called our bank. They informed me the buyers order was incorrect and would have to be resubmitted. Not sure who dropped the ball there it could have been administrative people instead of salesman. I called salesman informed him of error, told him to submit buyers order with info exactly as I messaged him 3 days prior. An hour later it was being refaxed to our bank. an hour later I was told coworker was showing the same vehicle and I would be notified if it sold. 2 hours later I hadn t heard anything so I messaged again and was told the vehicle was sold. Hmmm....What is the purpose of the Buyers Order? So was this deal legit or were we put off so someone else could perhaps buy the vehicle??? You decide....but we won t shop there again. We were delayed too many times. Maybe it was coincidence but it sure doesn t seem that way. The entire situation should have been handled correctly on Monday. I have no faith in Baker's Nissan and no intentions of doing business with any dealership I feel is untrustworthy.

I was in the service center to get some parts for my car and the valet Marco Hernandez installed my license plate bracket right then and there. I left happy. I waited 3 minutes, I grabbed a complimentary coffee and some snacks.

They are not professional at all. First they intentionally waste my time like five hours to exhaust me to buy their car and after everything that they put me through we agreed to a deal and they said we bring the car -Nissan Rouge 2015- to your house tomorrow. I agreed but they brought me wrong color.
Later they agreed to bring me right car and it took it three days to give me the right one.
they never sent me documents for my purchase !!
When I called them to send me document they said you do not need it because you have online profile on Nissan finance !! can you believe it!!?
May 2018:
My car has been stolen from another Nissan dealership(Nissan Mossy) when I was there to change the oil. to make it short I called the Nissan Baker to reimburse extra warranty that I bought from them at the time of purchase. They did not reimburse full amount of money I payed them primary they said it is prorate and it will reduces based on time from date of purchase. I said No that was not part of our deal! ! their Representative told me go read the paper of purchase !! guess what !!!? they never send me one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Conclusion : Never buy Nissan - Never buy from Baker

Came here for my sons 1st car and I have to say everyone there was so nice. Austin Threadgill was our sales rep and did an awesome job. He was very patient with all of the questions that we had and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that we purchased. Thanks for making my sons 1st car buying experience an exceptional one!

I have bought my car in 2016 and every time I go for my car maintenance there are always a great group of people ready to help. For the few last time Kevin Macias had help me with my car. He is always happy to assists. He makes sure to inform me about any service the car needs and checks on me every few minutes during the service process. Baker Nissan has a great customer service team! Kevin Macias thank you for make my visit pleasant!

Friendly sales people and staff. Knowledgeable about their vehicles. I did not feel pressured at all. They just added B to B (business to business) sales, or as they call it Fleet sales, though you need not buy a fleet if you are only looking for 1 or 2 vehicles, they will still offer you a deal. Though I did not need it, they offer "up fits" for electricians, plumbers, etc. that can be financed into the deal. I thought that was cool.

Went up there just to check out a couple of cars. It's my first time looking for a car by myself so I was a little lost and nervous, then I came across an employee named Alexis Ramirez. She was very welcoming and helpful. She lead me to the right people and answered a lot of questions. I normally don't make time to leave a review but honestly customer service that awesome deserves to be bragged about!

Baker rental is by far the best rental group I've ever used. I recently broke down in Conroe TX and had to use enterprise. After 5 minutes in there expensive junk I called Kenny the manager and told him I needed some help. He immediately got me in a brand new vehicle at a cheaper rate. The whole experience made me feel right at home. Thank you Kenny and Baker rental. I will always pick you guys first...

Told they'd fix my transmission. Gave it back 2 days later with 77 extra miles on it. SAME transmission problem same engine light code.
Went back in and the service manager told me it was never opened or looked at. They pretty much took the battery cable off and wasted some miles driving around floor g it because it came back to me in WORSE condition. Just took it back again today and hopefully it's fixed. If not then they are violating an agreement and I will take precautionary measures to handle this situation. Also I had no sway bar end links when the vehicle was sold to me. None!!! Told they'd fix the windshield and they did not now I have a Crack running across. Hope they replace it too

I bought my vehicle two years ago and ever since I've had a wonderful experience with Amir whenever something needs to be taken care of on my car. He is there to help and answer any questions I have about my vehicle. Very professional and welcoming into the environment, in which sometimes it seems like there's a lot going on which is understandable but Amir always has the professionalism to give the best of him to his customers, at least that has been my experience. He lets me know all of the information that is helpful for me to know about any service my vehicle may need in a certain time frame. I remember one day he wasn't there and someone else helped me, which made it a totally different experience and ever since I said I was only going to ask for Amir.

There was a really out going valet there that stoo...

There was a really out going valet there that stood out to me. His name is marco Hernandez. He was dressed very nice and very light on his feet. I was surprised by how much energy he put into his job. The entire time I was there I saw him wizzing by trying to take care of customers. I was also surprised by how much of the amenities were his responsibility. The entire stay was very pleasant and something to certainly give 5 stars for. Thanks to everybody there at baker Nissan.!
