They took me even tho the broker didn t make an appointment. Very fast unloading. Kinda of expensive lumper fees tho.

Its not the worst place for truckers .but still one out of worst,im unloaded done wid lumppers but still waiting for the paperwork for last 4 and half hours

Cancelled your appointment to catch-up on their own delivery. Had to wait overnight from 6pm to 6am

I had a tough time there but as busy as they were it's understandable... They were all awesome to work with

If you are a truck driver and you have to do a delivery on Saturday at 5 in the morning, do not sleep on the street since the day before because you will have a parking ticket in your mirror when you wake up

Horrible place. Chief lumper threatened me and wanted me to get out of my truck, after I complained about the $50.00 charge for pulling 18 straight pallets of my truck. I would give that place a negative 5 if I could.

Total crap! Makes me wonder if anyone from this company has ever tasted these donut holes. I have tried them on two different occasions out of being desparately hungry for sweets and have thrown them away after the first bite! they taste like dusty cardboard! BAKEMARK! STOP BAKING, SELLING AND RIPPING OFF THE PUBLIC WITH YOUR UNEATABLE GARBAGE.

This place is not as bad as some would say but for me it was alright because I came for appointment at 7 am and get done at 8:43 pm I know they took their time but based on how busy they are that ain t bad

For a huge company, their ordering process is a joke. And even if you order, it takes forever(40-60min) to get your order cause when you order, they only put it on a piece of paper which really doesn't mean anything. Don't even know why people review this place with a four or more star. There was this old lady who was up front and she was mean. Then they got a new girl which is way better. But the ordering system really needs to be reevaluated. Even the outside sales representative can't even get the order right on paper. Just bad communication within the company.

All the employes is a scrap bad actitud with anybody

Drivers beware, there is no lot to park your empty. They just kind of "fit" the trailers around their building. I feel bad for any new swift driver coming here to pick up a load.

Takes a while when you don't call your order in, but for small businesses they are a great resource. Go Team BakeMark!

Bakemark invented the donut business on the West. See the LA times article about this company it's really interesting. If you buy a donut any place in California they bought there ingredients from Bakemark. That includes Krispy Kreme. I think this is a great company but I have worked here over years

Their Drivers are absolutely rude and unprofessional. Tried having a conversation with a driver and explained how he is obstructing my delivery entrance and my loading zone. He was completely rude and got angry. I would NEVER recommend these low level rejects for any service. BEWARE.

The staff is nice, the place is big but not very tidy This is the second time today. I visited once two months ago. I always unloaded the goods at the north building. This morning was too early. I came at six o clock and the door was not opened yet.

Easy unload had appt at 11:30am got unloaded at5am entrance too tight though better park outside n check in

This place is crap, staff member s are crap, service is crap, attitude is crap, lumper fee is crap, product is crap and overall bad negative crappy day if you got business engagement with them.

Every Single time I been to this place they took forever to unload. Standard is 5 Hours minimum for unloading which can go upto 24 hours if you miss your appointment.

At the beginning the one who was attending you was a culero but he is already better ... the place is fine.

Too much waiting for the unloading. About 4hours!

Really wasn t much selection and the employee behind the counter was kind of grumpy.

I give one star is too big . I hate the price of their supplies. If you keep checking other stores you will see they paying cheaper or higher it s depending on your salesman set up the price. Why don t they set same price for all customers . I hate to know someone paying cheaper than me.

If you own a business don't do business with them I've had so many problems recieving my order on time, very unprofessional

Sat at their dock for 8 hours waiting to load two different times. Won t ever go back.

Horrible customer service and cheating on product weight. STAY AWAY!!!!! I been customer for 10 years and they treat me like dirt!!!

I wish they helped load cars for small businesses I would even tip them.
