Baked T's Review

It's a cool place to get designs made but the quality of the shirts aren't that great. They shrink so bad. As far as customer service i feel like it depends on who is servicing you. I wish they would bring back DTG for items you bring in because it would save a little money. Calling them for information before you make a trip to the store is the worst part. Online it clearly states that they are open from 11-6. But when you call you NEVER get an answer. If someone from this store checks the reviews my number one complaint is not answering your phone! You miss a lot of people who are interested in your service by not answering the phone to answer questions. Re-locate to a bigger store with more employees.

A great local business! Did a great job on a sweatshirt design for my daughter. Designers are very well skilled and they usually have same-day service if you get the design in and time which I did not know, but was overwhelmingly happy about. If you're looking for a t-shirt or sweatshirt don't shop the online stores support a local business that does quality work. Fast service CHURCHES BEWARE!!!! Icame into Baked T because I live in U. City . 10 months ago regardless of the service I received from the other huge employee I still ordered my choirs T shirt from them. At the time of the first order I asked would all the T shirts that will be ordered at a later date would remain the same price! 10 months later because of new members I was charged 25 dollars more for only 2 shirts. NEVERTHELESS I WILL NOT BE BACK.

I have gotten so many custom shirts from BakedTs through the years including gifts for other people as well as for me. Their designers are so goood...they have great taste and I feel like I always get really good advice on custom designs. Thes3 guys are experts and whatever I order is always on time and awesome. I highly recommend BakedTs.

The artist/designers are very cool and knowledgeable. Willing to help you and improve your designs or creations.

I'm always pleased with their service. The designer that assisted me was fast a courteous. The new touch screen sign in and "text when next" systems was great too!!!

I used this place for my sons last two birthday shirts. All was fine except for the super long wait times. However, my recent experiences weren't the best. The customer service sucks. They never speak, say we'll be right with you or anything. Came in weeks prior to see if they had the size t and no one ever helped me, didn't speak didn't say sign in, nothing. I left came back waited two hours and they didn't even have his shirt size. Said if I brought my own shirt it would be $6 extra per color. There were so many colors. I was disappointed because his party is two days away. My friend refered CQ design in the groove. I called he had my kids size in the color I wanted and took care of me, plus charged me half price! The owner was friendly too. He has a new customer for sure!

They are better than the rest of these guys out here just iron on stuff. Their designs last longer. They just need a bigger store to accommodate all of their customers. If you're not the first person there it's going to be a long day for you

Terrible customer service. End product does not match what was ordered. They will give an excuse that people print this way so they did not think anything of it, yet never sent a final proof or a call. Wasted my time by telling me to come back and they would print on a lighter shirt or see what could be done but when I arrived they changed their stance. Obviously, they do not respect people's time or money with a job entrusted to them.

Got a Shirt made today from this establishment and I was not happy with it. The workers there DIDN'T TRY NOT one thing to make the customer happy or correct the problem. Didn't offer no type of different scenarios to fix the situation. Unhappy with the shirt and will not return ever. They apparently don't make mistakes and it's the customers fault if something is printed wrong and they're unhappy about it. So buyer beware no refund option was given or solution. I will stick with Big Frog.

Got some shirts made and they turned out great. We came in with a rather difficult design and they were able to put it together with no issue. I'll definitely be going back.

This place is great. They have made several shirts for me and I have always had great customer service. Their photoshop skills are flawless.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... From the time I entered the door Andrew was rude! I was so thankful to be helped by another associate when it was my turn to be serviced. I was promised an item at a certain time the item was not ready which was okay until Andrew displayed an very bad disposition. I was offered a 20% off card for the next visit, but due to the poor customer service I sure I will NOT be returning! Remember it is not what you say but how you say it. If your the "face of the company" remember to be pleasant!

I had shirts made for my work and I was very pleased with the quality of my design.
I had an issue with one shirt (some kind of faint stain on the shoulder) so I went back the next day and they had it remade for me while I waited. Great customer service!!
These guys do great work and do it FAST!

So I love supporting local business. I love their work however their baked t's punch card is bogus. They only take in house designs for it to count. So even if you pick up your t shirt at the store you will not get a punch you have to go into the store and design the shirt to get your punch. I think that is dumb.

Drew was very nice and accommodating. He was great with designing our shirt, he listened to what I wanted and added his talents to create a shirt that was better then I imagined. Turn around time was far better then online sites. St. Louis support local business!

Very poor customer service. They will not let you print anything other than single silk screen colors, unless you buy "their" horribly fitting shirts. This is a new policy so of you have been before and had success don't count on it any more. This place has gone way down. The quality is very poor as well. The image or writing comes off after first wash.The only reason I went here was for convenience. I will not make this mistake again. Very rude personal as well. Try tiny little monsters off Manchester way way better. It takes them longer but the wait is worth it.

Horrible customer service..I needed to make some changes to my logo, the guy that was assisting me showed little interest in helping me update my changes. He kept stating he didnt know what the previous guy did when he created the design. Mind you I purchased the design from them about a month ago. If this is your profession how come you dont know what to do? The guy that helped me previous was great..the two guys that were there today need to find new careers. Only way I'll go back is of they fired the two guys thats there and let the other guy run the store.

They made us shirts. The shirts look great. They were a very reasonable price. They will make the shirt the way you want it to look.

My shirts were gifts. Quick and fast. Very friendly.
