I had doubts of this location from past posted reviews on Google but honestly speaking this Nursing Home is totally awesome. Yes l mean AWESOME. Starting from Director of Nurses which is Stephanie Mack to Head Nurse on the second floor who is named Ruth. My father is recuperating and that is from the care from Bainbridge Nursing Home. Continue with the excellent work which is far much more than l had expected. Thank you all...
BEWARE!!!!! This nursing home is a nightmare.
If I can give a negative rate I would. My grandPARENT is a patient at this facility, and the treatment has had dust far has been a NIGHTMARE. The medical assistants are physically and verbally abusive. Bringing a complaint to the administration make matters worst. The social worker by the name of Michael is rude and disrespectful. He has no respect for the feelings of the patients loved ones concerns. He is illmannerd and has no interest in the benefits of the elders. He has gone as far as stating why is my grandPARENT needs above the other patients. Who would say such a thing? What's crazy is that he's a social worker for the elderly. I will be removing my grandparent ASAP
My mom is currently there. So far the PT and OT, the evening nurse and one of the social workers appear to be responsive and respectful. That s the only plus. I am however disgusted at the overall service from the security at the main entrance. If you drop anything off they have unsanitized pens and so unresponsive and dismissive and removed from the fact that you have a loved one in their facility that you have not been able to see because their own staff are the ones testing positive for COVID-19. No one answers the phones from nursing station to administrators and if they answer they don t own the fact that they are short staffed and the staff they do have are poorly trained. I am currently disappointed and I want my mom out of there ASAP. This facility is not the place for your loved one. I don t have a good feeling about this place. I m currently taking the steps to get her home
When my mom passed away there, the Doctor just handed me a box of tissues, and not a word of condolence from the Director, i felt that was very rude and non professional.
do not stay there! my mother was a short stay patient. the cna were rude and lazy. my mother is continent and the cna told her to pee in her brief and she would clean her up later. I brought it to the nm and she said she would deal with it. later the cna stated oh you told on me! she became more rude. I got my mother out of there real quick. I made a complaint to the state! stay away1
This place is absolutely disgusting. Staff unprofessional. I lose sleep wondering if my mother in law is safe, she is in diapers and cant change herself but yet she gets infection...why...cause the staff is highly inadequate and do not care about anyone
I worked for Bainbridge for 3 months and instantly regret working in the food department , there storage room is filthy and for the most part overrun with rats dishes were not properly clean and still being served I do not recommend bringing any loved one to this nursing home and if there already there get them out IT IS TERRIBLE workers are not working properly they walk past phone calls from patients and can be very rude to there patients
We thank Bainbridge Nursing Home stuff for everything they have done for our family member. Marian (social worker), Irina (physical therapy), Shirley (financial admin), Lynn (currently doesn t work there), this is just a short list of people who helped us a lot. We appreciate you! My young brother was in a terrible accident and is confined to a wheelchair.
On several occasions false claims and lies were made about him, and the police were called because my brother saw a resident being abused by a staffer, and called him on it. What could my brother do in a wheelchair! My brother can t get any rest and one of the CNA s slept in his room! This place should be closed down and is not a safe place for anyone to stay. Don t leave your loved one here, please!
I was working here in 2015 by summer youth and that supervisor Lillian teska is really rude . She was always yelling at me for little things but I still always got my work done. It was one time she made me cry. I dont know if the problem was because of my skin or something else deep down inside ... But she deserves to be fired !!!! Because she was not doing all that yelling to the Spanish people at all. Smh
EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL The operator and staff hangs up phone on concerned family relatives. The way they treat good people is ridiculously sad and someone should do something about it.
Do not let your loved ones stay here. Rude staff and higher ups don t like brown people.
The worst place to have someone you love. If you can avoid it, do it. Please do not take your family member there a least that you don't care about them.
The place is understaffed and overworked. More than half of the CNA's don't speak any recognizable form of English. Some of the RN's are competent but most are just trying to get their work done, they don't listen to what the residents say.
And the kitchen is a joke. They don't take into account a resident's dietary restrictions.
The Facility is TERRIBLE! Some of the senior staff here is Extremely Unprofessional and Disregards what the patients have to say. The staff here is far from warm and welcoming. The facility is Gloomy and has very dim lighting. The Pharmacy connected to the facility is located in New Jersey and only does three deliveries a day. Therefore, if a patient has an emergency, they would have have to wait until the next scheduled delivery to receive needed medication. The front desk employees have the visitors call the patients to find out what floor their located on and room number. This Facility is the Worst Facility and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TRYING TO IMPROVE THEIR HEALTH TO COME HERE.
