In 2023, I ordered new appliances. GE hired Bailey's Logistics to deliver and install. The movers were careless and scratched the laminate flooring. They were to reimburse me for the damage but Tracy Schieltz GM in Colorado hasn't responded (since last year). Due to illness and taking care of an elderly parent, I don't recall reimbursement. I've sent Tracy and Travis emails asking for a copy of a cancelled check if they did reimburse, but no response.
