Terrible customer services purchased there trail jack form NH Northern took 6 weeks to get. Tried to cancel it but was told had to wait then send it back. well then after I got it and tried to return was told I had to pay return shipping and 15% restocking fee, go figure they can't deliver on time and they expect there customers to pay the price. Not to mention has to be the poorest quality product on the market trust me you can save your self a lot of money just go to harbor Freight better quality parts will cost you only about 1/2 and wont take forever to get. thanks to Bailey International I will never purchase anything form NH northern again as well Way to Go Bailey. but great business plan sell threw companies like NH northern that back terrible customer service. Both Companies are getting negative reviews.

I never go online and write reviews, but I feel compelled to do that now, especially after reading the three reviews already posted here, two of which are not so good.. I bought a Third Function Hydraulic Kit from Bailey for my Kubota M-5700 about six months ago and have been using a tree puller and a grapple on the FEL for at least 75 hours.. Last week we had some high winds that took down a few trees. Sawed a heap of limbs and jumped on the tractor to use the grapple. Couldn't open the grapple, so I began troubleshooting the hydraulic lines, testing the electrical circuits, and trying to narrow down the problem. Called Bailey and spoke with Tom and Patricia, both of whom were very friendly and accommodating. Ended up speaking with Jonathan in the Warranty Department and got some amazingly fast results. 24 hours after that phone call, a box showed up via FedEx. I went to work right away replacing the kit's wiring harness and one of the coils. Turned out I still had the same problem. I called Jonathan back within a few hours of receiving that shipment and he said he'd ship a replacement joystick handle. It arrived 21 hours later. That turned out to be the solution. Total down time after waiting on 2 shipments: 2 days. Total cost to me: $0.00. I consider this experience with Bailey the best customer service experience I have ever had.

I called into their customer service line and my call was answered promptly. Linda in customer service knew what I wanted with just a description and her tone was cheerful. I was happy to hear with my proposed quantities we would qualify for free freight which was a great selling point for my customer. I'm very impressed and I look forward to working with this vendor more.

I have a unit on my dump trailer worked great until it rained motors are not waterproof and are made in china and when it come to customer service rater than help even with pictures seeing the unit was still new without having all paper work and tag on unit just emailing back so I have bought a unit from Northern tool in the past it is waterproof the motor stop a year later I called up told them about it no question ask had another 2 days later so don"t waste your time here

So far I never called or emaild Bailey. All I do is just find my produc on there website and buy it, I never got an unexpected item, I have been buying the last 4 years from them and so far I never waistes my time emailing them but now you earned a few minutes of my time to gave you a google feedback. I like to say thanks for beeng a good seller of good products
