If you want quality workmanship and a business that cares about their customer Badger Toyota is that place and vendor you need.
Brian Vanoskey is my CSR and the Service Manager, deserves more than 5 stars. He has a wealth of knowledge and knows what it takes to make his customers happy. I have worked with many CSR's in many areas of purchasing and he stands out with a few others and I appreciate all he does to keep us a very happy customer.
Since I'm doing this review I also want to mention my service techs, driver, and the people on the other end of the phone in the office.
Matt & Sean, I appreciate their efficiency, knowledge, and confidence in the work they do repairing our lifts. Inside machanic, Jimmy is one he too does great work just like Matt & Sean.
Scott, has always been pleasant when delivering or picking up lifts and there are times we may push his schedule back because we weren't ready for him, he still has a smile and wishes us a good day before leaving.
Then finally Robin & Nicole, always pleasant and makes me feel like we are your only customer. I know this isn't true but when I have an urgent need for repair they take care of me and make it hsppen.

Always prompt and friendly service. Sales crew, front office, parts staff and technicians all do an excellent job at a reasonable price. The technicians vans are fully stocked. Rarely we have to order in parts. Puts downtime to a minimum. If I could give them 10 starts I would!
