A few years ago, a young man was shot nearby and died on their property. Every anniversary friends of deceased put up a mini memorial with actual burning candles and flowers. They don't clean it up later, but a call to Badger gets it done.
I deliver windows every week at this place. Super friendly and professional. I would give receiving department 100 stars.
One of the worst places to back into, called for directions but the person who answered told me wrong, had to hold up traffic for an embarrassingly long time to get in the dock
Stopped in to update on a worker's injury. Went very well. Everyone is very nice and concerned of the healing process.
Ordered interior doors through HD, doors came in but were the wrong size. Tried to work with Badger, bring them the old doors to get the right doors, but they wouldn't have it. It was a special order. So much for the Core Value of Driven (fulfill our customers needs), in their Mission Statement, doesnt apply to special orders....I guess.
People there are great and customer service is off the charts
Ordered 6 interior, solid core birch doors. Just plain, no panels or anything fancy.
I received 6 doors with hideously huge discolored knots in the veneer. All of my other solid core birch doors have no knots at all. The knotless ones were ordered through valley planing mill though, so i have no idea how or why this happened.
Its completely unacceptable.

7 months after my original order, the issue was resolved. Replacements were delivered, and look fantastic.
They seem lost as they have a big facility backing a small almost hidden shop for it trying to sell the wrong products in and area already crowded with it. Needs better outreach on everything with selection and options to. 3.14 don't work here. But has awesome potential hidden away that they sit on.
Best place for delivery and people were friendly big respectful but the problem no Overnight parking
We have kitchen cabinets from Badger. A couple of the plastic clips have broken since. I simply went in and showed them what I needed and they replaced them right away. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This company makes the absolute worst interior doors you can buy !! I could hang a piece of cardboard box and the fit would be better than this companies- Cheyenne Smooth 2-Panel Camber Top Plank Hollow Core Primed Composite Interior Door -- These were installed by the builder we had build our new home ,with out even a option to choose different doors offered to us . Every single door is warped you can close the doors and literally the entire frame you can see through into the room and massive light leaks, the stops are basically pieces of compressed cardboard. If you have a builder that uses these doors refuse to allow them to be used or you will be sorry I have posted a couple of pictures to show the poor quality . Contacted Badger for warranty and all they wanted to do is send me new unpainted unhung doors of the same to replace, so even the warranty matches the poor quality of the product!! BUYERS BEWARE
