Prefers big commercial windows only. Avoid if you are working on your own home or doing anything small or specialized.

I called in the morning for a price on a small custom glass cut. The prices I was quoted were less than 25% of the price I was seeing online. The employee on the phone was patient in giving me all the prices and answering all of my stupid questions (I don't know much of anything about glass). They called about 2-3 hours later to let me know that my order was ready for pickup. When I got it, I was very excited to hear that they had sanded down the edges a bit to take the sharp edge off - I had opted for the cheaper option of no edge finish (thinking I could do this myself later) after asking how sharp they would be. Overall, great price, service, and employees!

Even though they set a 7:30 AM time to repair some commercial doors, they arrived 45 minutes late. We had an employee come in early to accommodate their schedule.

I got some glass for a table top. They had great suggestions and had the glass ready a day after I ordered it for less than half what I found online! I'm very happy with the results.

After my small business was burglarized in the middle of the night, I called promptly at 7:00 AM and got service within an hour. Drew was quick to arrive at my shop to take measurements. Then they had the glass cut, sent the technician out and installed within a very reasonable timeframe (about 2 hours in total). I feel the prices were pretty reasonable. Overall I'm very satisfied with the prompt service and quality work. From one small business owner to another, thank you!
