Worst dfcs office I have ever known!! We applied for EBT and it's been 2 months. We use to get it. Now we don't and we don't know why? We never received any papers why or no phone call from the case worker. So I will be calling main office!!
Yes this is the worst office I did a review for my stamps in November stopped by there to make sure everything was done correctly they told me yes it was now it's been over 2 months and still have not received my stamps cant talk to caseworkers and cant get her supervisor this is ridiculous
I have been trying to contact my case worker Sharon Carter or whom I was told is her supervisor Valerie Deal, for the past two weeks and I have received no response.
Would be better if they had more than one windown serving..
They apparently didn't get the documents that i know i sent out last month to them and now i no longer have insurance on my child. He has a doctor appointment in less then a month. Thanks! It wont let me upload them online for some reason...
There are no competent personnel. Very bad attention and there are always problems.
